The food is always good when certain people are working. I'm giving two stars because the night crew is quiet in the drive through and there's always a back up in line. I think you'd get more business if people came to work happy and excited. Be blessed you have a job. Some of your employees are the complete opposite of hospitable. This happened Sunday 8/19/18. Got in line for the drive through 45 minutes before they closed. Car in front of me took 5 minutes to order. When it was my turn to order they told me that the car in front of me would be the last car for the night because they were "out" of everything. Really? Out of everything? Tonight while enjoying dinner from Silverdale Taco Bell, my 7 year old niece bit into her burrito and found a push pin inside her burrito. My niece instantly started to gag as the pin poked into her tongue and roof of her mouth. I promptly called the store, where the manager refused to give me the corporate phone number, telling me I could get it off the website. After telling the manager what happen, she handed the phone to her GM and I was asked to bring the burrito and push pin back in. I did go to the Taco Bell and showed the burrito and pin along with my receipt. The GM Pat offered to remake the burrito for me, which I declined because my niece did not want it. There was no offer to give my money back or anything else. I have contacted the local health department, my sister called her pediatrician, we have reached out to all social media explaining our story and called the corporate offices. This is not ok!! Please Beware that if you are visiting the Silverdale Taco Bell to beware and inspect their food before eating it. read more

The only reason I'm giving this review two stars is because the girl who took my order was very sweet when talking to me. However, the food took awhile to get when there was only one other car in line with me. And the biggest and grossest part of my experience was I watched the drive thru girl take money with gloves on from the car in front of me and then with the same gloves took my money. I mentioned to her that she was wearing gloves, thinking she'd perhaps forgotten she had them on, and she proceeded to tell me she'd been wearing them most of her shift because they keep her hands warm. THEN...she goes and starts making food with those SAME GLOVES! Ugh and she forgot one of our tacos that we paid for and gave us nachos instead of cinnamon twists. Geez, I hate taco bell. I have ordered food at this Taco Bell several times throughout the year using the drive thru, and it has consistently been up to par with any other Taco Bell I have visited. On my most recent visit, I had time to go inside and order. Immediately upon entering the building I had to use caution walking across the slippery floor, and it was not because it had just been mopped! As I looked around while I waited for my food, I saw food stains on some of the walls, cracks in the walls, dirty tables and floors and the bathroom was in shambles with no toilet paper. Was at the Silverdale taco bell this afternoon. The place was a mess. Every vacant table was visibly dirty, there were smells coming from the restrooms. I had to wait outside for my order. And preferred eating in the car instead of the restaurant. Which I NEVER do. I don't expect a lot from fast food but this was awful and distgusting. the boy's bathroom has no privacy whatsoever between the urinal and the toilet along with that it can't be seen from the viewers eyes when they first walk in, to the point if the door opens you can see the whole room and a fight almost happened because i walked in on a guy as he was peeing....they either need to make it into a solo bathroom entirely or where there is complete privacy not try to make it both i would not bring my son here due to the lack of privacy nor would i even go thru drive thru also their outside door handle broke as i went to leave the restaurant entirely leading me to believe they don't take good care of their stores or take any kind of pride into what their stores looks like as the consumer if this is still owned by Orchard Foods...I wouldn't be surprised because nothing of that franchise speaks quality, good leadership, or even make me think they still take very good care of their employees since i have been there read more

I ordered 3 Bean burritos (and I made it clear I only wanted refried beans) , 3 regular nachos, and a Dr.pepper. I got 3 burritos with beans, cheese, hot sauce, and onions. I was having "one of those days". Those days where you find your keys in the microwave and your bra in the freezer kind of days. I was tired and feeling not quite right. I was hungry and didn't want to create any other weirdness like eating cat food thinking it was pate. You do things like that in days like this. I decided to go to Taco Bell because tacos just might set my world right. They'd recently renovated so I wanted to check it out. Drive thru was crazy so I went inside. Christian was amazing. He read my mind. I ordered a #3 Taco meal without tomatoes. He thought I said #8 which had none. We laughed because I did mean #8 with sour cream. He was very personable. Then the hard question, what was my name for the order. I drew a blank. We laughed over that too. We had a few seconds to chat more before the next person arrived to order. My order came out quickly and correct. I have been in customer service more than 20 yrs. watching Christian greet and quickly move "hangry" people through the lunch rush was a joy to watch. He was kind and genuinely smiled at everyone. Taking time to talk to a few elderly couples as they struggled to make up they'd minds. Patient and understanding. Thank you for making my day.
