Me: Yes? Girl: Ok so I got a Grande meal with crunchy tacos Me: Can you make that two times? Girl: Do you want the other meal with crunchy, soft, or mixed tacos Me: *sigh* ALL Crunchy Tacos (o_O).oO(This one not too bright) Girl: Ok drive forward Me: Drives forward and was thinking of making some idiot remarks but when I drove up to the window and I saw a girl stick her head out of that window and smile at me with missing front teeth. I've kept trying for years now. It's rare anything goes right here, they close early so consistently they should change their hours, sometimes they do their job enough to get your food right, and I'd hate for some of the kind ones to be guilty by association, but the AI taking orders has been more pleasant than most employees. The wait was terrible but I figure that it's Taco Bell so it happens. Worker putting together food was singing and telling everyone loudly how he hates being there and how his coworkers don't come to work on time for him to leave. Thought it was funny at the time as playful work banter but they missed half of my taco/burrito combo box and I didn't realize it was missing until I got home. I swear every time I want Taco Bell past 10 pm they are always closed what happened to Taco Bell being the drunk spot by far worst taco bell I've ever been too ever since Covid happened they quit closing at 3 am and 9 times out of 10 they are closed before midnight do not recommend if I could leave less than a 1 star I would read more

On Saturday the 24th at 9:30pm a friend and I went to through the drive through we had a very simple order two bean and cheese burritos and two Baja blasts without ice. Tell me why we get our food and we end up having to remind the guy that we had drinks with our order. We get our drinks (they have ice) and we head off, well we take a bite of our burritos and for some reason there is rice and nacho cheese is our BEAN AND CHEESE burritos. Taco Bell is good and all, but every time I order at the Soldotna Taco Bell, they forget to put something I ordered in the bag. It's becoming a big frustration, especially because I have a type 1 diabetic in my family that has to be dosed for the food 15 minutes before it is served. Food was prepared quickly. Ordered and paid for extra cheese for nachos bell grande but didnt put on. When I inquired about lack of cheese they gave me a small container with extra cheese. Also beef supreme burrito looks and taste like a bean burrito. For a beef burrito there is little meat and you can taste the beans way more. See the photos. No problems with the taco supremes. Manager on duty made another replacement burrito. This time with a bit more meat. But still taste and look nothing like the photo on the menu screen. read more

Honestly super rude and unprofessional in my opinion, recently my boyfriend (who is a costumer and a DoorDasher) came in to pick up an order and they took a long time because the fryer broke which is fine, it happens. We didn't have enough time to wait on it so he resigned from that order and once he did that they set the food down and the manager Tom yelled at him and was being completely rude. And the last thing that happened which happens to a lot of people at least once in their life, he ordered food and didn't know he didn't have enough money for it and once again Tom yelled at him for ordering and not having enough to buy it and then told other employees he's "close to being banned" do better read more

Food is pretty good, takes forever to make food! I had an experience in midnight I ordered food on mobile since I didn't have cash. When I went through the drivethru they told me to wait 30 min which is ridiculous so I waited 30 mins went back to the drivetru they told me to wait an extra few mins which was 10 mins! I've written about 562 restaurants in North America. This is my 6th 1-star. Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell I've ever had. Honestly, I haven't been to a Taco Bell in a decade, but needing to get to Seward in a hurry, I made the mistake of taking the chance and stopping here for a soft taco and beef burrito. I'm not sure what I received, but it wasn't edible. I took one bite of eat and spit it out. That wasn't chicken and definitely wasn't beef. Possibly the worst fast food meal I've ever tried to eat. For my first ever time at Taco Bell, it's hard to decide whether this place was good or not. I went around 10 PM after a long day of fishing. The woman who greeted me was helpful, and helped my mother decide what to get. The food was delicious, and after the big renovation the place looked very appealing from the outside. I liked how they get your order to you quick, in probably less than 10 minutes of waiting. We had a big order, but they completed it quick. Worst service ever! They messed up on all of our orders, we were missing half of our food! The drive through line was outrageous long, which was fine we waited 30 min to go through no big deal. But once our orders were messed up I called and asked if They could fix it and she said I can give you your missing items if you wait in line again. I said you can't run it to the door and she said nope not allowed to leave the building once it's locked. And she hung up.
