usually when i order from here, we get the change/substitutes we want, but they completely mixed AND messed up BOTH of my crunchwrap supremes this time. labeling one wrong and also putting the wrong ingredients in the other one. i am extremely allergic to beans and nearly had an allergy attack when they labeled the crunchwraps wrong, which is why i ALWAYS avoid beans in my crs. this is absolutely sickening to know that this place does NOT care about its customers, even when it's just because it's busy. i know and have worked in a busy store, and i'd do ANYTHING i could to get as close to the person's order as possible, allergy or not. there are VERY distinct instructions for each food item on the screen. i am so incredibly irritated and angry that they could've cost me my life. i hope they do better, as i do enjoy tacobell, and this is the closest one to me. read more

My family and I ordered online and when we arrived to pick up the food, they didn't have half the order. The resolution was to either replace the items with something else, but we couldn't get compensated for the price difference OR come back tomorrow for the missing items. We came back the next day and despite the HUGE sign that claimed the dining room was open, they said it was closed. We asked for the manager anyways to resolve the issue from the night before and they made our food. Servicing not only the locals of the area, but traffic stopping for a meal along I-95, why at this point in time would they have their indoor dining closed? Come on! So, the indoor is closed which leave the drive-through as you're only access. If you're going to close you're indoors, then you have to - have to - pick up your drive-through game, and the game here is too slow, too tired, and too long. Silly me, I ordered a meal shown on their menu board in the takeout line. What I got was a huge tortilla smeared - yes, smeared - with a thin layer of sour cream and some particulate matter resembling ground beef and lettuce and two micro-slices of tomato - and cold. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered FOUR Door-Dash orders from this place. The first two canceled ordered had the reason be that "it was due to the dasher" when in fact that was not the case. It was due to Taco Bell's lack of communication with Door Dash. They also cannot keep their online menu up to date as it has items available that are not actually available within the store to order. I asked if they could replace the ordered item they were out of with another item at a similar or lower price and they were not able to meet that request. I feel like a "Karen" writing this, but I am beyond frustrated. I waited three hours for nothing with these people. Literally the worst fast food experience I've ever had. On the 3 occasions I've been here, I've waited almost 10 minutes twice, and dealt with the rudest cashier ever. And my food was wrong once, and the girl giving me my change, didn't. I gave her exact change and apparently counting coins threw her off. She said she needed 20 more cents, I gave her the benefits of the doubt and handed her a quarter, she gave me nothing back. Wow... do managers exist here? Check on your staff. We order three hard tacos before the lunch rush. The drive thru cashier was extremely nice but the food chefs could not tell the difference between hard and soft tacos and no cheese was I guess just too much. The cashier left to see what was taking so long and then we had the displeasure to meet one of the rude most disrespectful girl/woman, named KatieD. She had apparently not been taught polite and respectful language. We were so shocked that this rude person was employed we left w/out the foods and reported the incident to the 1800 numbered where we received a complete refund and then some for the disrespect. I know it is hard to find polite people the c/service phone person said they have had many complaints and were aware of the problem. Coming off a heartbreaking defeat by our cross-town rivals, my friends and I sought the only restaurant that would be able to soothe the pains of loss. We arrive to see that the fine establishment was still open, but not for long. Some of our friends were still arriving when an employee (who shall remain nameless) named Debbie made it very clear to us that no one else was to consume the "Mexican Delight" that night and locked the doors. We thought nothing of it and continued ordering... but the worst was yet to come. When my friend opened the locked door to let our other friend in to use the restroom, Deborah released her inner Kraken and made my friend repent for the sins he had committed not 15 seconds prior. After that situation cooled down we got our delectable Quesaritos and went on our way. Taco Bell that night recieved 4 out of 5 stars and Debbie lost $14 in a screwed up transaction when my friend ordered. Good job Debbie! read more
