This location is pretty consistent. I don't come here at night so I'm not sure what that experience is but during the day or early evening it's pretty rock solid! I order through the app almost every time and the order is very accurate. Except for the sauces, sometimes they dump a huge handful in there which I'll use if it's mild, but other times it's a mixture of every sauce which is wasteful because I don't need it. Only a few times have I ordered something where I've asked for no sour cream and it came with it. Muscle memory probably so I understand and the management usually makes it right after. read more

Paid 50$ and got 6 tacos and 2 beef burritos out of it. Call the store and was not able to get any help from the manager. He honestly was interupting me and offered no solutions to the problem. This taco bell is very inconsistent. They forgot all the sauces we get for free plus the ones we paid for. We were missing 2 items out of the box combo. The chips were all crumbs and this is how my grilled cheese burrito looks. This isn't the first time this place has messed up orders and forgot items then said to come back next time. We also got a large fry that was halfway empty no fries in the box, as-well as some of the fries looking questionable. Definitely my last chance with this location sad to say it's in a pretty nice area as-well. read more

I typically am understanding of mistakes happen. But to screw 2 drinks up (one with ice and one without) not just once but 3 times and to laugh at me? I work in customer service I'm a manager myself. If I make a mistake I do what I need to ensure the customer feels heard. It's disgusting Shawn, who was working the window, thought he was gonna laugh behind the window and I wouldn't notice. Last Friday night my husband, myself, and two of our friends waited in the drive-thru for approximately 45 minutes only to be told at the speaker that they were only taking Door Dash orders! Absolutely NO sign prior to our 45 minute wait. When we told the employee how upsetting that was after a 45 minute wait she quit communicating with us. We have been calling Taco Bell at 18 and Dequindre in Troy for four days and always get a busy signal . Phone off the hook??? There is no good excuse for what happened on Friday night to us and other customers. Waited over an hour in the drive through had someone cut in front of me after saying my online order name & as I got to the window I kindly asked if I can have a minute to look at my order to make sure it's correct (due to allergies) as well as knowing the frustration and waiting. The "manager" at the night shift said "go ahead and have fun" as he was very quick to closing the window. Not to mention the food was cold as if it was sitting for at least a half hour.. Today I waited 32 minutes for one burrito and a drink. My dining experience descended into dissatisfaction after I made my purchase at a kiosk inside and stood waiting at the counter to finish my order by paying with cash. No one seemed to be working the register so I called over a worker to ask if I could pay. She said she hadn't clocked in yet and glumly walked away. Around 10 minutes later, I saw her working in the kitchen instead of coming back to the register. The same woman handed a customer their drink and I asked for a second time if I could pay her. Her new response was that she wasn't trained to work the cash register. Finally, after another 5-10 minutes, a different worker showed up. I told her my name and she bluntly said "it's not on here". Luckily she just hadn't scrolled far enough down the list. Once she eventually found my name they began my simple order. I was handed my burrito about 5 minutes later and an empty drink cup in the wrong size. I order a baja blast freeze, but at least this was quickly corrected. Waiting over half an hour for a $3 meal at a "fast" food joint is frustrating enough and the workers never apologized for the slow service either! I ordered online several times at this location hoping that the last time was just a fluke. Unfortunately, this is not just a fluke at this location. One time, they were extremely slow. Another time they messed up the order and the manager was rude. This recent time they messed up the order again. They should have a quality control check to count the number it items in the bag. Ridiculously long wait times for both the drive-thru and in-store kiosk. Whoever manages this store needs to get a handle on this. Warning, if you pull up to the drive-thru and there are 2-3 cars ahead of you, be prepared to wait for at least 10-15 minutes. If there are more than 3, at least a 20 minute wait.
