They don't have soft drinks or water cups so you'd need to get a drink from their cooler. I was impressed with them having displayed fresh veggies, it makes eating-out a little more bearable when you're able to see the freshness of your meal. Delicious, the chicken tacos didn't look super seasoned but boy was I surprised! Super flavorful, and I loved that each entree came with grilled onions, jalapeño, 2 salsas (red and an avocado creama), and 2 lime slices! I always stick to the corn tortillas, they're far better than flour, if you're new to this sort of stuff. Only grievance is that my friend found a TWIG in his burrito while eating the second half. He was 75% done with the burrito, and since it wasn't glass, metal, plastic, or body hair, we didn't complain. He was grossed out ... but I just figured it was an honest mess up from either the limes or cilantro. If he started with that half and noticed it earlier in his meal, he probably would've told the staff. I would absolutely return here. Generous portions of meat and very flavorful!!!

The meats was very tender & flavorful, veggies quite fresh and finished product very very tasty. As a cautionary note, the Salsa was probably a medium on the spicy scale and if you like your food mild you may want to ask for the mild salsa that comes with the chips. Other item of note here is the chips and salsa come gratis if you dine in where they were good but not quite at the level as the taco's which were over the top good! Relative to the restaurant and staff, the facility itself has a smallish footprint where there are just two tables and one very long counter with stools for indoor dining. My take of this is that much of the business is probably carryout. Staff was very friendly where you order your food at the counter and they bring it to you if you are dining in the restaurant. there was no table follow up at this point where it really operate as a quasi fast food joint which I was totally OK with, Overall really good food at a very reasonable price (2 steak taco's were $8) where the taco's are some of the best I have had in Metro Detroit. If you are a fan of good authentic Mexican food than this is a business not to be missed.

Inside there is a small amount of seating, a few plastic tables and bar high top seating. Now to the good part, the food! My table ordered the salsa verde which came with chips, a side of rice, a burrito, and 4 asada(steak) tacos. The salsa verde and rice were okay, I wasn't wowed so I probably wouldn't order them again. But, the main dishes were definitely stand out delicious! The tacos came with a yummy red hot salsa and the seasoning on the steak was great!The portions were HUGE!!! In my opinion this balanced out the higher cost compared to other taco joints in the area. Needless to say, I'll be back!

We moved past this and then we ordered the chip trio and I got a bowl of lettuce, chicken, and veggies; my friend got a kids quesadilla. This was not large portions, but our waiter came to clear our plates and shamed us for how much we ate. He exclaimed "WOW! Yall really liked your meal you cleared it right up". This was really hard for me to hear because I've struggled in the past from an eating disorder. I'm sure he meant no harm, but waiters should be more careful when they make these comments because they won't know how the customer takes it.

Prices are cheap in my opinion where my three taco's and a coke came to just $12. NICE! Two things to note here is that the chips and salsa are not gratis but come at an extra cost and follow up once you get food was non existent in my case. Chips and salsa was not a big deal to me but lack of follow up prevented this business from getting a fifth star. Their drinks are also fantastic--creme sodas and root beers, but not standard Pepsi products, so they taste so much better. Easiest thing to go for is a bowl, and you can customize it at will. I'm usually the only one in there when I go to eat, which hopefully means they have a bigger carry-out business than sit-down.

The dining rooms are the same as the last place, except they put up a few pictures of Mexico and some saint candles and things like that. They bring you the food.
