I went back to the taco bell hoping to get the right order as soon as possible because i was super hungry and now angry too. When i politely ask the cashier to remake the food, he gives it to the manager (some Indian lady named pabhjeet or whatever i didn't hear correctly) who is working at the line making food for the drive through customers. She never apologized and instead of remaking my order, she kept making drive through orders. I asked her to prioritize my order and she started giving attitude and asked me i have to wait longer. I told her she's a bad manager and she needs to learn some customer service. She started giving more attitude and gave me a few chucks on chicken in the power menu bowl that I ordered when there is supposed to be 2 scoops of chicken. So she purposely reduced the portion size. He went over there and told them that we were missing items and they gave him 1. We double checked again and I was still missing a taco so he went back and told them. They were nice enough to give it to us. Some people just say no and they assume we ate it or something. So keep your receipts and check before opening or eating. The tacos are filled maybe 1/3 of the way at best, so when you hold the taco shell, the top of the shell is literally touching the other side with ease. You'll get a pencil thin line of meat and cheese, topped with a few lettuce shavings. A burrito supreme is literally 80% tortilla and red sauce. Whoever is franchising this location has literally instructed the staff to make sure they make everything with a tablespoon as the measuring unit. After a Thursday night at Menconis many people would migrate over to this Taco Bell, order their food, and then continue the party in the parking lot. This really was the happening spot in Union City after 2am. Not only where they open late but they were pretty generous with the *stuff*. True story, I once got ripped at Menconis and apparently was brought to this Taco Bell in order to acquire life saving nourishment. I woke up the next morning with taco bell wrappers strewn about the bed and a pretty sweet hangover. I peered over the edge of my bed and what do I see? A still wrapped grilled stuft burrito! In my half concious stupor I reached down for it then rolled back in bed and ate it while still laying down. It was probably the most tasty burrito I have ever eaten from Taco Bell. After finishing the burrito off I pulled the covers over my head, went back to sleep, and then woke up feeling fine a few hours later. Never, not once, have I ever woken up after a night at Menconis and had a girl magically lying in bed next to me but Taco Bell...oh precious Taco Bell. Some of luis m's favorite items at Taco Bell... Mexican Pizza - more like a tostada with crispy fried flour tortillas, I love how a fake mexican food joint has a fake italian food item! the cheese factor on this item is pretty sweet. a nice melted blend of cheddar, pepperjack, and mozzarella that forms a protective seal on top of the *pizza* Enchirito - Taco Bells version of an enchilada. once upon a time this was their bean burrito with the red sauce poured all over it and a healthy amount of melted cheddar cheese on top. now they apparently include beef in the mix, which is fine with me. add sour cream, but make sure they put it on the inside, not on top. Nachos Bellgrande - It's a big plate of nachos! extra sour cream is good. Taco Supreme - the taco supreme used to come with a bigger taco shell in addition to having extra *stuff* in it. the best way to order it is without any produce, just cheese, sour cream, and *beef*. Bean Burrito - this is a classic. the beans, the red sauce, the cheese, THE ONIONS! add sour cream 1/2 Pound Beef Combo Burrito - this is a new favorite. It's pretty hearty without being too much. It's great when they add a generous amount of the red sauce. extra sour cream is a must! Chili Cheese Burrito (Chilito) - it's rare to find these nowadays so if you see it on your favorite Taco Bell's menu please let me know. GF called the store to inform the manager on duty and were told to come back after 6pm the next day, WTF is that? We have ordered before from other stores and had no issue, but after one bite, this one had to be thrown away. I came across this place through Yelp - I wanted Taco Bell and this location was easy to go to while I was driving from Nor Cal to So Cal. It was easy to locate, Google Map took us right to the location. There is ample amount of parking space available since it has a private parking lot. I came here during my lunch break time so I went straight to drive thru - it was a pretty long line. The girl that helped me with the order and payment didn't really look like she wanted to be there, there was no excitement in her voice neither did she made an eye contact or smiled at me when she gave me my food. Forced to choose a star just to write a review! I will never return to this location again. Two months ago went to this location and placed my order with no other car in front of me at the drive-thru, once I paid I sat at the window for over 10 minutes waiting for my food. I could see inside the store and see the employees giggling and chatting, not really working at all. Finally I reached out my car and banged on their window to get their attention. When I finally received my order I just drove off, when I got home we were missing two items. It would cost me more in gas than what the item was worth to go down and take care of it. I called just to inform a manager so they make sure that it does not happen to other customers, one wasn't available so they took my number for someone to call me back, never did get that call. This past weekend we decided to give them a try again, this time we went inside the store to order even though we were taking it to go. Not one customer was in there so we thought it shouldn't take long. WRONG! Not only did we stand at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to appear upfront, we could hear the employees in the back cursing and laughing. When someone finally appeared we gave our order and stood aside waiting.... waiting.... and waiting. Twenty minutes we waited, FOR TACO BELL!? We called out to get an employee to come up front again asking what was taking so long and all we would get is "your order is coming up next". NEXT, we are the only freaking people in there. We ordered two meals, shouldn't take that long!! While waiting we observed how filthy the floor was. Tables had crumbs on it, wrappers under the tables. My husband used the restroom while we were there and he said it was nasty. No soap dispenser, dried his hands on napkins he grabbed from the front. Finally received our food and we made the mistake of trusting them to give us the correct items. Got home to find one item missing, the wrong soda's and another item made incorrectly. Asked for no sour cream due to allergy and it was on there. Our receipt showed the beverage we ordered yet poured a diet instead of regular. When we opened the wrappers to finally eat the tacos were made so messy. I know tacos can be messy once you start eating them, but these looked like they just threw everything in before we even got the chance to eat. Both the meals were cold and we do not live that far from there. Thought since last time a manager did not call I would submit my feedback through their "tell us what you think" website.
