I stopped by this location to order two beef Chalupas and large Nacho Fries and waited until I got home to eat. When I finally sat down to eat, I took two bites and realized something was off. I opened the Chalupa and discovered there was no beef inside. Thinking it was just a mistake on one item, I checked the second chalupa and both were missing the main ingredient and essentially just had lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes. At that point, I was already home, hangry, and disappointed. I contacted customer service hoping for a quick resolution. The options I was given were either to wait for a call back from the store to discuss a refund or accept a $10 coupon. The initial coupon offered didn't even cover the value of the items that were made incorrectly. After expressing my concerns, I was eventually offered a $15 coupon by mail, which I accepted because I was tired of arguing about it. While I appreciate that some form of compensation was offered, I was not satisfied with the resolution process. Having to wait for a call back while I'm at work is inconvenient, and a coupon isn't the same as receiving a refund for food that wasn't prepared correctly in the first place. I essentially ended up not receiving a full refund for an order that I ultimately threw away because it was not prepared correctly. I don't think customers should have to negotiate for compensation or accept less than the amount they paid or spend additional time trying to recover money after receiving an order that was clearly wrong. **This is the worst Taco Bell location. I walked in at 9:58pm the other day to pick up my mobile order that I ordered ahead so it can be a quick and easy pick up and be on my way. People were still dining inside so why would it be a problem that I walk in at that time. OK I've given this Taco Bell two chances now. Today I come in and I order 2 Beef Enchirito's - add sour cream. I'm not expecting fine French food when I go to Taco Bell but I do expect to be fed decently. This place is doing everything they can to make a buck.. And in this case at the expense of the customer. I could hardly find any filling in the first one. So the second one I decided to cut down the middle and see what was going on -- what I found was a very thin layer of beans and about 2 teaspoons of meat on each side of the ends to make it look like it had meat all the way through it.. It was drowned in the sauce. And they threw a decent amount of cheese on top and lightly squirted the sour cream on top of that. I live near this taco bell, so I have been here many times over the years. This time was NOT a good experience. I could not find the store number on the receipt since it was from door dash, so I called the Taco Bell to get the store number, 818-780-8492, the same number listed here on Yelp and on Taco Bell's website. The number is DISCONNECTED! Look, I realize this is Taco Bell, not some fancy restaurant, but I do expect that my order would be correct and not have rancid tasting items or missing sauce or be greasy beyond consumption, for the $30 that I spent on delivery.
