I genuinely wish I could leave 0 stars. This place has wasted my time and money more times than I can count. If you're planning on ordering breakfast, don't. They regularly refuse to make breakfast items and will give you whatever excuse is convenient that day. This has been going on for at least a year, so it's clearly not a one-off issue--it's how this location operates. Most recently, I placed a delivery order and got a call saying they were "out of eggs" and wouldn't be able to make more before breakfast ended... with about an hour still left. At that point it's not a supply issue, it's a willingness issue. Because of that, I was forced to change my order to something I didn't want, and apps like DoorDash don't refund you when a restaurant just refuses to make what you ordered. On another visit, they gave me a completely different order than what I paid for. When I pointed it out, they refused to fix it or take it back... no apology, no correction, nothing. Just told me that was basically my problem. That level of service is unacceptable anywhere, but especially at a place that already struggles to fulfill basic menu items. read more

Staff is rude, sit in the back on their phones, not a uniform in sight. All the fountain drinks weren't working. Had water though. Food was sloppy more of it in the wrapper than the taco shell. read more

The food at this Taco Bell is usually pretty good, but lately, their customer service has been lacking. I've had orders messed up in the past and have had no issues getting a credit or a refund to my credit card. When it happened recently, the order wasn't just incorrect, but also ice cold...completely inedible. We couldn't even heat it up in the microwave because there was sour cream on the food. We don't live far away and we have made that drive home many times, always with at least warm food in hand. This order was so cold that it had seemed as if it been sitting out for hours. When my husband and I called to complain, the manager was rude and didn't want to hear what we had to say. She said that everything was made fresh, but if that was true, the food wouldn't have been that cold. We asked for a credit or a refund, especially since my blood sugar was crashing quickly and I had to find a fast fix when I could have been eating a meal, but she only gave us attitude. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, which was handled wonderfully, and we are being issued a refund. Hopefully, things will change...but we certainly won't be back for a long time. read more

I lied- I returned. I only pick up an order through the drive through to avoid seeing things I don't want to see. But my love for Taco Bell runs deep (I worked at the Naugatuck store for one summer in there early 90s). I haven't encountered any other employee consuming food whilst working- so that is a good sign. The employee I most recently encountered was friendly and professional. It's encouraging when improvements are experienced. Plus the Mizo an pizza is back- yum. read more

Great staff always unstaffed so be Kind and the food is Taco Bell taste like all the taco smells but, I go for the High Calorie Drinks for a Sugar Jolt late night. The Owner needs to Fix the Park lot Big Pot Holes Curbs that make not Sense. Get them back to fix this or reach in your Big pockets get the Staff and Gloves. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill in the past few months. They got rid of the good, friendly workers, and hired new, don't want to work employees. They don't seem to like when you request certain ways for your food. Example, no onions for your burrito. When you get to the window and ask for a tray, they act like you asked them to do more work than they were hired for. They also give you weird looks at the window. Ordered a coffee the other day, threw it out, didn't trust it after the look the girl at the window gave me. Only reason I go here is because my son, having autism, is very picky and for some reason loves Taco Bell. He has gotten sick the past few times he has eaten here, so now I am curious as how clean the back and the food stations really are now. It was nice at first that Watertown got a Taco Bell, but now, I would rather drive to the one on Wolcott Road in Waterbury..that's saying alot.. Bring back the old crew and old management and maybe I will re-think my review.. read more

Their hours vary greatly from what they say and they often "run out of product." Service is slow and they force you to wait at the order area so they can pump their numbers up. Do not recommend. read more

Finally after so many years and so many promises of getting one Watertown finally got one. The location is great but the drive thru is a little confusing. The food is good and the staff are nice. All in all this is a good Taco Bell to stop by at. read more

This location has terrible customer service. They are rude and charge you for things you did not authorize. They are currently asking to round up for public school foundations and I politely declined as I normally do. I proceed to the window and she tells me the rounded up total, so I correct her and say, no I asked not to donate, she agreed and said sorry. I get my food and no receipt, so I request it. As I am driving away noticed she has charged me the rounded up price, which by the way is only 75 cents but this is not the point. I proceed to go in and tell them what happened and was approached by a very rude manager who would not speak to me or make eye contact and threw me my receipt and a one dollar bill. Please check your receipts because even if you do decline they are committing fraud by charging you. read more

Let me start with Taco Bell is the 1st Pl., I've ever worked so I'm pretty familiar with the requirements of the job description. Never in my life have I sat 20 minutes in a drive-through window until today. This location has to be the worst one I have ever been to. They deliberately keep you at the ordering window and do not allow you to move up until they tell you to take claim this is because people are unhappy about their food when the reality of it is they're trying to keep their numbers up so well the line is spilling into the Road at Route 63. As if the wait isn't that enough And the 11 times that we have been there in previous weeks they have not once gotten the order correct. At least four out of the 12 items are wrong every single time. And since I've beginning to getting annoyed every time I go here And I have attempted to reach their corporate facility their district manager or anybody who seemingly has any kind of control at this facility with no luck I'm resorting to yelp bring back your original values to your team hold them to the same standards that you held us to 20 years ago because if I was the owner of this franchise I would want to know why I wasn't making the profits that I thought I should be making. And since this one is the only one in the town and it's new to our town and since we don't have a lot of food opportunities for takeout you would think they would want to make this the best establishment going since their line is always spilling out of the driveway. My son and I went to the Taco Bell in Watertown, we order our food and paid with a card. We sat down to eat and my son had asked me if he could go up to the counter to get a packet/small cup of sour cream. He came back empty handed and said that they would not give it to him. I asked the staff if he could have a small thing of sour cream and they said there was a charge for it. Very ridiculous! We will never go there again. read more

Found a few hairs in my burrito. Usually don't have a problem here but that isn't the only issue the food tasted super old and rushed. Just thrown together. The hairs just topped it off. Pretty disappointed in this location. Won't be going here again. read more
