I ordered after about 5 mins waiting in line, got to the window to pay after about 15 mins then proceeded to wait 30 mins at the window while the employee leaned against the counter in plain view. Worst Taco Bell ever, and my standards for 10 PM drive-through fast food are pretty low! Tried the mobile app for only the second time, and the entire order was wrong. Ordered no lettuce on two tacos and received what looked like triple extra lettuce, even all over the bottom of the inside of the bag! The 10 Cinnabon delights I received in my TWELVE pack lol were still cold! Even the diet Pepsi I ordered turned out to be regular. After clearing the drive-through, I walked in the store to get replacement tacos and drink. I wasn't about to mention the Cinnabon situation! The girl at the counter, who was also running the drive-thru, acted like I was being unreasonable, as overflowing lettuce trailed on the counter as she removed the returned tacos. You can place an order, leave, walk across the street to McDonalds, place and receive an order, and walk back before your original Taco Bell order is ready. When walking in, there was no in-store order option, so you were force to order online and wait in-store. After waiting 40 minutes, there was no option to cancel the order. After 40 minutes of waiting in-store, an employee locked and dead-bolted the doors, making customers flag down a worker to unlock the door to leave the store. The food is never done. We've been waiting over 45 minutes for our food. The staff was all over the place and yelling at each other. In the time I've been sitting in the lobby I've seen a worker put his hand down the back of his pants and then continue assembling the food, I watched someone blow their nose in their sleeve and continue working. There was trash all over the floor in both the kitchen and the lobby. there wasn't any large or medium cups out and when I asked if they could restock the cups I was told to just get a small one after paying for a large.
