Honest review experience- I've been multiple times to this location, hoping the next time, each time would be a better experience. I am realizing, that sometimes, something broken beyond repair cannot be fixed. Including this franchise location. Upon entering, its evident, that no one is going to take your order, as All the menus are off the wall, and look like an hideous space of loneliness... and 2 kiosks sit in the middle of the room, screaming, order your food yourself, or you get nothing. After waiting a short time, our name was called to pick up our food at the counter. Had I not looked through my order in the bag before leaving, I would not have noticed that an item was missing, nor that they do not even sell such an item any longer That was still on the kiosk menu to order. When I approached the counter to ask about the mistake, I was treated as if I was a bother, then was told the item that was missing, is no longer being sold at that location anymore, and instead, they are automatically substituting it for something else of their choice(which I would have ordered, Had I wanted it- which I didn't). A few questions come to mind... -Why was that item still on the Kiosk Menu order form to order? -Why was I not notified when I picked up my order, that they no longer have that item in stock? -Why was I not given the choice to cancel that item off my order, instead of being forced to accept the substitution? -And where was that substitution in the first place? -it wasn't in my bag. I Showed the employee, that there was no substitution in my bag. At that time the employee, went to the back, and returned with 3 donut holes in a small French fry type wrapper, and more or less pushed it at me, then walked away. I was stunned, as I didn't want these things, and honestly, the description of the item sounded gross. - I tried one, and yes, confirmed, they are- Nasty. Hot donut holes, with warm flour/vanilla-type flavor mush inside. I get back home, and realize the order is completely wrong anyways. No tomatoes on one sandwich, but they did add extra cheese (which I didn't order, or want).. which ended up being closer to a cruddy grilled cheese with dog food flavored meat.. than anything I would have imagined I ordered. .. and the other sandwich had minimal tomatoes, when I asked for double, and barely any sour cream(which actually tasted like ranch anyways), and of course, that dog food flavored meat. [I say dog food flavored, as it smelled like dry kibble dog food, so I would imagine that is what it might also taste like]. These sandwiches bread items even smelled like wood chips. All for the Bargain price of $15. This was it, the LAST time. I will not be returning. I don't want any complimentary anything, don't want any apologies, I want Nothing from this place. Just wanted to put my own opinion out here, to let people know of this experience. It's Disgusting, and for anyone who still eats this garbage, I doubt your tastebuds Are still in working order. I had just ordered $70 dollars worth of food. All the workers had a long night and were about to close, when a group of DRUNK teenage girls come storming through the doors. When the group of people I was with looked at them, about 3 girls gave us all the finger and started screaming and cursing at us. Ordered a Taco Supreme value meal and not only did it take forever; but they came without the sour cream. If you're a sour cream lover than you can feel my pain. It makes the taco in my opinion. Had there not been such an incredible line I may have gone to get the correct order. But I was hangry and didn't want to wait another thirty minutes. This place is epic. I'm impressed they're still in business. Every time I go--against my better judgement--the drive thru takes 30 minutes minimum. Without fail, something is wrong with my order. Tonight, I ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos, one steak chalupa, a black bean crunchwrap, chips and guacamole,, and 2 cinnamon twists. I got 1 regular taco, 1 soft taco, one chicken chalupa, some random burrito, chips and cheese dip, a meat Crunchwrap and no twists. Yes, nothing was correct with my order. Why do I go back? This is my third time coming here (have no idea why I keep coming). This doubles as a KFC - not sure why since they have a hard time with just one of the aspects. First time visiting - they had no chicken. Second time visiting - their grill was down. This last time, they missed food items and gave us like 5 chips with the combo. If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered soft tacos with no cheese due to the fact that im allergic and they put cheese on them, i then asked them to remake it and the worker gave me attitude for it. My friend that was with me ordered a quesadilla with chicken and no sauce and they originally gave her a plain quesadilla with just cheese so she asked them to remake it and they got mad at her for it and when they remade it they out sauce on it. This has to be the slowest Taco Bell in the entire country! I have never been to one as slow as this. The drive-through can have less than a handful of cars and take 30+ minutes. Holy cow what a pathetic excuse for a Taco Bell/KFC this is. Drive-through lines can be 45 mins to one hour long and that not an exaggeration read down through some of the other reviews. After all that waiting and usually an extremely frustrating and rude interaction from one of their employees you're likely to find them out of most items or half the stuff you ordered not in the bag. It's been like this for a very long time it's hard to believe that they can still make money and don't go out of business, they must be surviving from unsuspecting travelers getting off the interstate who don't know any better. Cashier talked about us to their co worker like we couldn't hear them. Extrememly rude, in every aspect. When something was out or they just didn't have it they rudely just shouted, "nope!". When speaking at a normal volume I was told, yelled at, to speak like a normal person. When i was done she disnt hand me my receipt and then 2 minutes later yelled at me for not taking it. Night time drive thru guy just huffs and puffs the whole time while he's taking your order. You could order the most simple thing and he will still act like you're asking for too much. Great food, good service. These people work hard and do their best. Even with the drive thru window closed service was fast accurate and courteous. It's a shame people give businesses bad reviews when they're short staffed. This location deserves more appreciation. I've always loved Taco Bell and KFC and these guys do not disappoint. WORST Taco Bell experience of my entire life. The average wait time is 45 minutes. People who ordered ahead of me got so fed up that multiple people asked for their money back and went to dine somewhere else. When our order finally came up, everything was made incorrectly and several items were left out. Instead of immediately remaking our order, our order was put at the end of the line so we AGAIN had to wait for probably another 20 minutes. The wait was terrible. The food was wrong. No receipt. Four bean burritos and 1 taco cost $25.00 when I checked-in with my bank online. So each item was around $5.00. The place is woefully under-staffed. The guy in front of me peeled out and left screaming. I went for lunch a couple days ago. There were about 5 cars in the parking lot and 3 in the drive through. It took me almost 30 minutes to get through to order and then an additional 15 at the window to get food. Way too long for the amount of vehicles in the lot. I asked for a Baja blast soda. And she handed it to me and it was light in color, and when I tasted it. It was water with a tinge of blue for the Baja. And it was flat. When she finally came back I handed it back to her and told her just that. She offered to give me water. I didn't want.
