It's Taco Bell, you kinda know what you're going to get. That said I've swung by here a few times for late night munchies or quick comfort food and I've always been pretty satisfied. The wait has never been long here and the food has always been packaged correctly and decently enough. Im done with this location. I was a loyal customer for years but I had 2 bad experiences back to back and Im over it. The first one I had plastic in my burrito. Yes plastic wrap in my burrito. Emailed the customer service, never heard anything back. The second time, the wait was like 45 minutes and then they didn't give us all of our food and the cook came to the window saying they didn't have enough ingredients to complete the order or something. They gave us tacos with a bunch of lettuce and cheese and tomatoes and barely any beef. Never going back. read more

This is the 4th time I'm leaving a review. Not sure why I keep going there ( it's also the closest Taco Bell to me ) once again, they left all my nacho cheese cups out of my bag. My nacho fries were half full. No sour cream on my taco supremes ( which you pay extra for ) sloppy packaging . And when I went back in to fix the issues , they gave me a tiniest cheese cups , and threw away the fries they originally shorted me on to give me another ... very terrible place to order food. I ordered on the app, hoping to have a late lunch. The drive thru was fast, but when I got home, the combo meal I ordered turned out bad. The 7 layer burrito was more a burrito supreme. The black bean crunch wrap had about 4 beans and was on the inside edge. The diet coke had no ice at all, like it might have been drawn half an hour before I got there. Their food keeps getting worse, and this was the last straw. I won't eat at Taco He'll ever again. read more

This is a very busy Taco Bell during the week. It is located near the Hanes Mall and a number of doctors offices near Stratford Road. It is about average as far as service and food quality goes. The employees I have had contact with have been friendly. read more

EVERY time I order drinks from Taco Bell on DoorDash or ANY other app, I never receive them with my order. This is the 5th time (minimum) that it's occurred. When I just called the store they said "Let's hope the driver gets it" and I told them that after five times I don't think it's the delivery drivers fault and they said "Oh well..." What a joke. Pulled up with 3 cars in front of me, waited a solid 10 minutes before I ordered. Then another 5-6 minutes to make my way to the window. Finally got my order & pulled into a parking spot to make sure the order was correct. Of course i was missing the two apple empadas so i had to go back inside to get those. Such a pain considering i had two kids in the car. Then after getting the food out, i realized they failed to give us a fork for the mexican pizza which my wife ended up having to eat with her hands because we didn't have a fork where we were. Then when i opened up my two soft taco supremes that i ordered with no tomatoes, what do I find? That's right, EXTRA tomatoes with no lettuce. I haven't been to TB in ages due to the quality/quantity of their food... I remembered the tacos being so skimpy but today I had a hankering for soft tacos the other day, so I stopped in. TB impressed me with their stuffed-full soft tacos!! Wow! No skimpiness at that visit! Kudos to my taco maker! Cons: - no outdoor seating - when did TB get rid of "baha" sauce? It's now called spicy ranch or something. - pricing seems higher than I remembered from the past. Gone are the days of 79-cent tacos. I'm sure I will be back at some point. read more

I've been coming to this location for almost 15 years and it's hands down my favorite. The food is always delicious and the service has always exceeded my expectations. I drive out of my way to come here, driving past the Taco Bell location near my house to come here because it's that good. 7-8pm 11/11/19- Ground beef on our Mexican Pizza was foul and smelled off, 2 bites and just threw it away. We also got a chicken quesadilla, no ground beef so hopefully okay? Nope. The chicken was hard as a rock. Tacos fell apart before even opening the wrapper. Supreme burrito had hard chucks in it. The most off putting thing was the smell. On 10/16 I placed an online order for my husband to bring to the hospital staff. It was placed through the app. When he arrived at the designated time their doors were locked, people inside did not want to even acknowledge him but signaled him to go through drive thru. He went through drive thru and was told they were closed. Mind you, the order was already paid for and there was a herd of hungry nurses waiting for food, so husband went through drive thru on Peter's Creek, re-ordered and repaid, making the total of 1 mixed taco box, 1 dorito taco box and 10 cinnamon twists cost $112. He called the original Taco Bell the next day and was told they couldn't refund him the original $56 because he ordered on the app. It has been almost a month with 3 phone calls and no refund. If your a hungry nurse, pay a little extra for Door Dash and Chipotle. read more

The General Manager Ciera Thorn was very, very rude. I requested two sides of guacamole and was told in a very rude manner that it would be extra. I'm aware of the cost and I did not have a problem with that. The two crew members working along side Ms Thorn (drive-thru and another cashier) were more sincere and professional. Ms. Thorn spoke to me and treated me like I should be grateful to be eating there. One of my tacos had some kind of plastic slither in the meat. When I took it back to the counter and showed it to Ms. Thorn, she was hesitant to replace it. At this point, I asked for a full refund. The restaurant was not busy at all yet, Ms. Thorn had me wait nearly 20 minutes for that refund. This is a management concern that needs to be addressed immediately. I remember the Taco Bell in WS when I was ten or so. It was great. Right by the doctor. So anytime we were sick we got to eat there. And even a year or so ago they had their value menu. Tons of stuff on there. Went thru the drive thru tonight. Seems the value menu is withering away. And after all those commercials they made. I tried a couple of those six dollar combos recently and I'll be damned if I'll pay that much to just be hungry after eating their measly meals. Now I'm not overweight. Im 205 6'1.
