We drive from Vacaville to this spot as the service and food was always good. Now you can't even talk to a person. We ordered from the kiosk and when our food was ready the guy set our tray on the counter and called our name. We didn't get our drink cups. Tried to get someone's attention and the lady at the drive thru put her hand up to us to hold on. We just went behind the counter and got our own drink cups. I saw this happen several more times while we were eating. I feel like the drive thru gets better service. The dining room also needed to be cleaned. I ordered through the app. As a vegetarian, I've found this is the best way to get my order right. Not at this location. They put meat on my Mexican pizza. I ordered with no meat, extra beans. I took a bite and ate beef for the first time in 20+ years. It won't kill me, but I'm thoroughly disgusted. Spotted a healthy adult cockroach trotting across the room while we were dining here (today, July 5 2022).

I had the worst experience at this taco bell. First they got my order wrong. Then i went back to have them change it and give a refund. But the manager was extremely rude to me she rolled her eyes and she was acting angry and annoyed by the situation. I feel like that is very bad customer service i would have been ok if the manager decided to talk to me in a nicer way but she decided to be rude. read more

They wouldn't let us order certain items unless we used some stupid app (probably so they can track their customers' patterns.) The poor girl was apologetic but said there was no way of getting what we wanted without ordering on the app, which is ridiculous. So I ordered 5 items. The employee taking the drive thru order told us to take a look at the screen if everything was correct. I told him it was not we wanted the strawberry lemonade freeze not the blueberry. He said "we're out of the strawberry lemonade freeze". . In my head I thought we'll that would of been helpful before he assumed we wanted the blueberry freeze. I also told him I did not want another item that was put on the screen. Went up to the window and made sure the other item I did not want was taken off. I get the receipt and it was still on there... the shift lead stepped in to take over I explain what happened his response was "well he is new" okay? Your point is? If your a lead and going to take over at least apologize and offer a way to make the moment right which he did not. I live in Winters. I would have prefered a KFC but Taco Bell is something new to town. The first couple weeks the service and food was good. I always park and go inside where ever I go. I have waited 20 minutes for my order while watching countless orders go out the drive thru window. Let's have those people wait their turn. The fountain drink area is always a mess and the floor is filthy. Was there last night waiting for my order, put my arm down on the divider and something invisible but sticky was there. Went to the rest room to wash it off and it too was nasty. Clean the place up, give faster service to those of us not to lazy to get out of our car and all should be good. read more

The Winters Taco Bell is as good as any other Taco Bell. Friendly and pleasant service. We dined in with only two other guests in the place. The dining room needed some attention. Dirty tables and floor. There were a few employees in the back doing something except cleaning the dining room. We found a relatively clean spot and enjoyed our meal in quiet. My daughter and I went through the drive through tonight to grab something quick. There were two cars in front of us when we placed our order...yet we waited in the drive through lane for THIRTY FIVE MINUTES. Thirty five. I watched closely to the car in front of me; the customer waited for 6 minutes after he/she paid to receive his/her food. The employee handed the bag over and shut the window abruptly...no apologies about the time, no thank you. I ended up driving straight through to the Burger King, where my daughter walked in, and with three customers in front of her, she got her order handed to her in less than four minutes. Thirty five minutes for two bean and cheese burritos is absurd. I saw at least 4 employees through the window.
