I stopped at this Burger King cause it 's super easy on and off the 505 on my way down to the Bay Area from Bed Bluff. I wanted to use one of my last good deal discount coupons for a breakfast. Just $4.00 bucks gets me TWO croissant sandwiches, hash browns and coffee. Regular price on all that would be like $11.00 bucks! Mos def not worth that, but for $4.00 I'm happy. These coupons you get in the mail have gone way up in price, so not the killer deal they once were. Service was great and they took the old coupon no prob. I got 2 croissant sausage sandwiches with egg and cheese along with those little tater tot like "hashbrowns" . They'll give you fries if you want instead, I'd do that next time! The cup of coffee was hot and decent. This was a good breakfast, I'll have to say, for just $4.00! Too bad the real prices are more than I wanna pay for fast food. read more

My destination taco truck in Winters was experiencing a great day... the line had more people than the population of the town (not really, it just seemed like that). So I had to refocus and pick another place for a quick protein nosh. I recall seeing a BK off interstate 505. Off I go. In little itty bitty town of Winters, the BK is right off Interstate 505 off East Grant Avenue. It is right next door to the Arco gas station. It's across the street from the brand new stand alone Starbucks. I didn't go inside, I ordered a small burger and fries in the drive thru. It was a Saturday mid afternoon. The menu board was organized in a way that was easy to read. The cashier was polite and patient. We got our food quickly and accurately. I had the small burger and fries. The patty and overall burger tasted good. The fries were hot and crispy. I ate the food... I'm writing this review the next day. I survived. I suffered no ill effects after eating the food. read more

Well coming down from being on the fire in berryessa and moving to a new location. Tried to swing in real quick for a coffee and a sandwich because we have been going for about 15 hours. I see this place is on my route and it's open until 11 so I book it there and make it at 1050. I could already taste the whopper when I got up to the drive thru, and the guy says they're closed. Huh? We placed our order and saw the food being prepared and bagged, then it was set aside for the other employee(s) to bring to the front counter. Other employees were standing around talking and our ready-to-eat food just sat there without anyone noticing. Finally my husband went up to the counter, got the attention of an employee and asked if they'd hand us our food. Only then did they did stop talking long enough to hand him the bag with the now-not-hot burgers. The restroom was out of all paper products... no toilet paper, no paper towels. I told two people standing behind the Burger King counter that they were out of paper supplies in the restroom, but they just looked at me and walked away without acknowledging what I'd said (they did speak English, so not a language problem). Perhaps they aren't responsible for this restroom connecting them to the gas station's mini-market? If so, it would've been nice to have one of them respond to me and let me know who I should report this to. Very strange! read more

Now the employee is some eager but thoughtless 18-year old kid happy to have the job, except when he hands the customer a drink cup he sticks his thumb (and hand) all up the inside of this cup; keep in mind he's been punching buttons on a punch-key register all afternoon. Obviously, I knew not to order a drink. But Christ, look around me, it's the lack of integrity at this location. Litter on every table and cup station. Aged dried ketchup on counter. It's not pretty. The cheese added to my spicy chicken sandwich was not placed in the proper order on the sandwich. For some reason, there was a car just stopped in the middle of the drive thru for 4 minutes making it impossible to order. Speed of service was excellent. But vocal tonality needs to be improved to clearly understand the server at the window. And the cheesy tots were less than satisfactory. I most likely won't be ordering them again. read more

Usually have really good service at this Burger King but last time I arrived to buy breakfast for our office at 6:40 am. Waited at the drive-through for almost 10 minutes drove around to the window and it said they opened at 6 am but nobody was there, it was abandoned. I was concerned something might be wrong so I called their phone number. After a few rings it answered but nobody said anything, finally I said Hello? is this Burger King? And someone said yes and then I said are you open and they said you come back later and I said is everything okay in there are you being robbed and the woman waited for a few minutes and then said you come back in 30 minutes and hung up, very very strange. I went through the drive-thru for my order and the employee who was taking my order (Ivan) was very brusque/rude and while I was speaking he let out a long/loud burp; I told him that was nasty. He muted his headset and then when he put it back on and he was laughing along with other employees in the background. I asked him the employees name that did and he stayed quiet, and when I asked him again he then called for an employee by the name of Miguel I am assuming that it was the Supervisor but he did not identify himself. I proceeded to tell him about the incident and he just shook his head and said that he was sorry. I asked for the employees name and he just stared at me, I asked again and he told me he would talk to him, I asked him is there a reason why you will not give me his name and he finally told me it was Ivan and then walked away. Stopped by at 9am on a Saturday on the way to Lake Berryessa to satisfy a craving for tater tots. Or tater discs, or whatever they call them. The guy at the register was very nice and they delivered my coffee instantly, and fresh hot tots soon thereafter.
