Worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. Every single table was dirty and had not been cleaned in 4 hours. The service is incredibly slow. My food took 30 minutes and there was no line. The beverage section was also very dirty. If I hadn't paid for my food I would have left and gone to another location even if it was farther. Ok. It's Taco Bell. Remember that. You're not going here for authentic Mexican fare. It's cheap food, but it was good. This restaurant was recently "made over" so it has a good look to it. It's generally clean. The fountain (self serve) soda machine has 16 choices of beverages, Pepsi products. While they seemed to be pretty well staffed in the back, there was only one person at the cash registers taking orders, and there was a long line. It was sloooow. Looking out the window, the drive thru line was very long also. This was just after 1PM on a Monday. The food at this Taco Bell compared to others is, well the same. The Taste is the same the messy delivery is the same... this Taco Bell has an extremely long wait time to get the food. I stopped by to pick up a couple of Burritos for my 80 year old mother late at night and left there in total horror with what I saw. I drove up and noticed the cashier had a pair of gloves on which was a good thing since he was handling people's money. He took my cash and gave me my change back but then closed the window and he coughed into his hand. He then decided, with the same gloves, grab some wrapping for my order and wrapped up my burritos, took a bag and put them in it then handed it to me. Service is usually slow. My food orders are always correct. I think they have a serious staffing issue. Often they will tell you when you enter that there is a 20 minute wait (translation: you'll be waiting at least 30+ minutes). I have been to this Taco Bell a total of 3 times. Every time the service has been painfully slow. I expect to have my food from the drive thru in a matter of minutes, not 15-20 minutes of sitting idle. Also, when I ordered a bean burrito I was told they didn't carry plain bean burrito, I had to order burrito supreme. They held steadfast about not being able to sell me a regular ol bean burrito. Nonsense! Put some beans on a tortilla. Lastly, I'm a big fan of the chicken baja gordita. I order it almost every time I go to TB. This location does not carry baja sauce!
