This Taco Bell isn't worthy of the name. I got almost no meat on my taco, my burrito had too much cheese sauce, and they didn't include the sauces they asked us if we wanted them. Also the Sierra Mist was out of syrup which we didn't realize til 10 miles down I5. So I called to let them know and they said thanks and hung up on me. This place has really gone to the dogs, (again).. Don't eat her folks, you'll only be disappointed... I ordered one nacho supreme, 2 'soft' taco supreme, and 2 crunchy gorditas supreme.. there was no tomato on any of them, cheese was almost nonexistent, there was no sour cream on the nachos supreme, nor on the taco supremes (which, when I unwrapped them, ended up being crunchy, not soft), and the nachos they gave me was the smaller one, not the grande supreme that I paid extra for.. Just waited 1/2 hour in the drive thru for them to serve 4 vehicles! Could not tell you about the food as we drove away not wanting to wait another 10 minutes to get food! They promptly took the order at the window,but that's where the service stopped! The guy that took the order was enthusiastic! Wish they put that into making the order! It's called fast food! My family and I were heading back to Los Ángeles from our 4th of July road trip to Seattle and stopped for a bite around 9:30pm. I must say this has been the best Taco Bell service I've had! I've been to this place twice, and both times the counter person was friendly, quick and clean. The dining areas were constantly being checked for garbage, sweeping and they even asked how our meal was. We get our food quickly, and they were even better in appearance than some other Taco Bells. read more

The girl who placed my order had a terrible attitude and rolled her eyes every time I ordered something WHICH WAS ONLY THREE ITEMS. The day crew is so nice and the food is great. The dollar menu is the best! If you haven't tried the cina bons you're in for a treat and at two for a dollar it's worth a try. Service was good minus all the cussing and complaining in front of the customers including kids, the amounts of F bombs and C words dropped Was insane. The food took around 30-45 minutes to make and all the shift lead kept yelling at everyone was they were short staffed even though they had the same number of employees as any other Taco Bell I've ever been to and slower then any Taco Bell. Traveling through the area and we saw Taco Bell and figured you can't go wrong with burritos and tacos. The tacos were okay, but the burritos were very thinly smeared with a substance they claim are beans? The service seemed a bit slow as well. I can't recommend the Yreka Taco Bell due to the skimpy burritos. read more

I know this is kinda random because it's Taco Bell. Who doesn't LOVE Taco Bell? Well I told my friend that if I ever got around to it I would Yelp this Taco Bell. Coming back from Oregon on a road trip she really wanted Taco Bell. The GPS originally led us to the wrong place so we were going to settle for Greek food. She's never really had it before. Then as we hop back on the freeway..there it is! It's Taco Bell. Typical. Lol..yeah I was wrong. Even though they're right next to all the truck stops this place was really clean. Going to Oregon my daughters & I stopped for a quick lunch expecting the usual but, what we got was an amazing server (Curtis), great food (not your typical Taco Bell fare) and spotless environment. The wait at this Taco Bell is horrible as a rule. However with only one car ahead of me I expected service quicker than 30 minutes and then to get my order and the main ingredient in my chalupa box was missing. Went to taco bell this morning at 7:45 on a Sunday morning ,it wasn't busy, actually we had to wait for a fresh batch of potato's and no cars showed up behind us while we waited, when the first part of our order was delivered we verified that they did not put sauce on our a m crunch wrap and he verified that with the "cook" and then we received the balance of our order, when we arrived home we discovered that they flat out lied to us. I don't understand how it could possibly take 27 minutes to get my food and when I did get my food it was wrong and missing items. The manager on duty wasn't even apologetic or anything when the cashier went and asked what sauce came on aa cheesy Gordita crunch. Not only did they not remake it for me they gave me a side of the sauce and I ordered it without lettuce but still had to pick that off because she was a total waste of space. She had asked the one guy how his experience was but wouldn't dare ask me. There was rap music blasting from someone's (window person) portable speaker with cuss words and walking around the lobby with it. I told them they were trash when leaving and that's why they had a minimum wedge paying job. My wife and I had Taco Bell at least 4/5 a month while traveling all the time but this location is by far the slowest from coast to coast. I used to take my kids to the Taco Bell here in Yreka, CA at least once or twice a month, but since last summer, I notice more and more how high the employees are, every time we go in. Last time, though, I could actually smell it on the guy in the drive-thru window, from clear out in my car! My teenage son smelled it, too, and he pointed toward the JCPenney parking lot, where a small group of Taco Bell employees were gathered, smoking pot together, right out in the open! ...Not a rolled cigarette, mind you, but a small pipe. If the people who are preparing my family's lunch are behaving this irresponsibly, I just cannot help but question their adherance to any other workplace rules, such as, perhaps, hygiene and food safety. Come on, Taco Bell. There's a time and a place for getting stoned with your buddies, but I'm afraid that when you are on the job, you are not being paid to space out.
