Pitiful. The tacos literally have no lettuce or cheese and minimal meat. I won't ever be back!

This place is SOOOO inconsistent. The party burrito beans are either watery nasty or like today my burritos were paper thin, hardly anything at all on them and one was hard as a rock from being reheated in the microwave. So irritating when they raise the prices but quality goes down. 100% do not recommend this location!

This was the worst Bueno experience I have had in years. They were not busy when we arrived. We put our order in then began the wait. As we waited, lines formed out the door. Every table was full of people waiting. It ended up taking a literal 20 minutes to get our tacos. I will never stop at this location again. Avoid if you are in a hurry.

Almost no meat. My first one I had 7 bites of lettuce before I got to a potato and had to check to see if there was chicken. This is my 2n

Very slow. 5 people ordered ahead of us. Been 25 min so far and still waiting. - update took 30 and there was almost no meat! The kids ate their bean burritos and were still hungry! Would not recommend. We love Bueno and this was disappointing

The food is always good here, but the drive thru service is almost always bad, and the lobby workers disappear as soon as customers show up. They are either under staffed or I always end up going when there's a shift change. I've contacted corporate several times about different issues, and they've tried to make things right, but sadly the service just doesn't seem to be that great if a big wig isn't visiting. Oh, and the last time I went I ordered fajitas and the meat tasted like it had been coated in sugar....yuck. Fajitas at other locations have been great, so I dunno.

Where is my food? Been waiting over 20 minutes at this supposed quick serve establishment. Ridiculous.

My fav is the fajita chicken chimichanga! Whew it's yummy! They recently remodeled and it has a nice ambiance. I preferred the orange building before but the new is good. To the girl who called this place ghetto gtf outta here eating Mexican food trying to call it ghetto, tf. Don't go to Mexico then, ppl serve food out their house. Dummy

The price of soda at most restaurants. It's small but perfect size for me, and they weren't stingy on tequila that I got tipsy. Because we got there around 2pm, we picked from lunch menu. Unbelievable prices! Many items are $6.99. I chose chille relleno and taco combo which was $9.99. I loved everything! The refried beans are the best I had since we moved to Broken Arrow from Southern California. Ground beef was seasoned perfectly as most other places are too salty. I feel I found the place we can come back to even though their interior needs a little more work, but hey we don't have to eat it and that's how they keep the price down, I can live with it. We'll be back.

I thought the refried beans were above average! I ordered a "regular" margarita but got a giant one. :) It was OK. Pretty typical. Chips and salsa were good. Definitely going back to try other items. The street tacos looked really amazing.

We got seated and offered menus while we placed drink orders and got a bowl of queso to go with the chips and salsa. The salsa is a little underpowered in my opinion, lacking a lot of flavor. The chips were a little thick and harder to chew up.... not bad, just not light and airy... but the tradeoff is no wimpy chip, so they're not going to break off in your dip. The queso was of the thinner variety with a lighter, less robust flavor than some others. It stayed thin and workable throughout the meal, which is a definite plus over the ones that harden to concrete before you get halfway through. Son had the beef quesadilla with ground beef and he said it was very good, one of the better ones he's had. The small bite I took confirmed that. I had the mexican enchiladas (that's actually the name of the dish, not any type of description), going with beef, chicken and cheese. The dish came with the usual beans and rice, both of which were really good. I place a little bit of emphasis on those, because if a place can't execute the simple sides well, there's not a lot of hope for the entrees. The enchiladas were all good. The cheese one was thick and creamy. I would have preferred some diced onions in there, but that's just me. The chicken one was well flavored, full of shredded chicken (fajita chicken is an option), and the beef one had plenty of seasoned ground beef. Of the three, the beef was my least favorite, I think because it was a textural thing. I still demolished all three of them, so no complaints at all. Sides of guac were fresh and well flavored. Service was good, especially considering the full house, with more at the door. Prices were very reasonable in my opinon. My entree and the queso were just north of $20 before tip. I would definitely go back, especially to try the fajitas, which looked really good at another table.
