Arrived last night at 7 pm, and the doors were locked and the drive thru was closed off with cones. Tried to get lady's attention inside, and she gave us a throat slice gesture. ?? There were 5 customers eating at the tables? We finally got in through side door and the cook said they could not serve us for 30 minutes because they were out of food..???!! At least put a sign on the door so we are informed. We went to another restaurant with more expensive enchiladas 3 miles down the road and they had plenty of food and extra chips and salsa. Not flavorful, but always filling. We visit this location because it close to our house. The people are hit and miss friendly, and the food is generally the same, except sometimes you will get WAY overly salted beans. It happens. I wish the food at TC has more flavor, but it is what it is and it's okay when you are in the mood for it. read more

Extremely shitty customer service. The lady told me she was the only employee in the entire store. I can only imagine how stressful that is and she's trying to do her best, which is what I assumed the first time I came to get an order. She was short and irritated with me when I ordered but I just assumed she is busy. No worries. She forgot to give me a receipt and I didn't realize until I dropped off the order. If anyone knows favor you cannot complete an order until you put in the receipt. So I call and ask if I can come to the door to receive the receipt and she says no she can't open it I have to go through drive-through. I work in customer service and no matter how busy you are you can always find the time 2 seconds to get to me, even if I need to wait outside for 5 minutes. I have been in the drive through almost 30 minutes just for one receipt. Absolutely terrible. read more

I can't even begin to rate this location when it comes to customer service. We have encountered Jasymn on a previous visit in which she delivered our food to the table. She slammed our tray down and didn't say anything. We told the manager and he assured us that she was new and is still learning. The next visit she was at the register, looked at us when we walked in and turned her back and went into the kitchen. She didn't smile or greeting in which we didn't feel welcomed. I didn't choose your job, you did. If you work in the restaurant industry there are times you have to put on your fake smile and be kind for the sake of the guest. I've been in the restaurant industry and know how guest are difficult and the kitchen gets backed up but that is never a reason to take it out on your guests. I ordered breakfast for my team/work and the Latino man that handled my order was so kind and professional and took extra care with my special order- since we have a vegan. I really appreciated it. The food quality is horrible. Not only is it usually not fresh and not hot but the size of the Tacos have diminished from a usual 6 inch tortilla to like a 3-4 inch tortilla with what looks like a tablespoon of eggs. I usually like the chorizo but when I can make a taco that is better then ANY Taco Cabana that makes the visit even worst. I always been an fan of TC but seems as if everytime I go through the Fast Food line I receive an under-quality product which makes for a horrible experience. Seems the only way to receive a correct order that is both hot, in size and correct amount of product in the Taco is by going into the store which is not always accesible which is why there is a drive-through option. I would give this store, this business at least 2 hands down. This is the only Breakfast Taco place that I know of. Almost makes me want to open my own Breakfast Taco business which would do better then TC hands down I am sure. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced... Lucky for them, their food is pretty good. That's the only reason we even put up with the horrendous customer service here. Today we sat in the drive thru line for 30 mins. We sat for 10 mins before anybody even asked to take our order over the intercom. Once we finally came to the window to pay and get our food, the employee didn't care to greet us or even communicate anything to us. The teenager was home on a Friday night (read, the teenager was grounded) so we headed over their last night. We had a bunch of things, but I gotta say it all kinda tasted like slop. And I am fairly certaian I consumed a lot of empy calories. We brought a lot home for the dogs, so they were happy. Staff is always so rude that by the time you finish ordering you feel like you should apologize for taking up the cashiers precious time. When you finally do get your food it's usually wrong but who wants to go correct the matter and risk getting met with more distain. I come here often after work. The late night staff is efficient and quick to take your order. Quite simply, it's a fun place to have a late night snack after the bars or whatever you may be doing. Would give it -5 stars if I could. I ordered nachos and a margarita. While ordering the woman exclaimed What time is it! I was slightly alarmed, I told her the time she sad great I get off in thirty minutes! She gave me a number and walked off. No drink not even a thank you. I waited for her to return from back and asked for my margarita she said well I guess I have to make some more! Instead she milked the machine and gave me half frozen something. No didn't even ask. Cold stale chips a drizzle of cold yellow sauce (cheese?) two scoops dried out refried beans a teaspoon of sour cream and a teaspoon of (guacamole?). I was disgusted. So much so I was embarrassed I was actually sitting there. Believe me it got even worse from there. I made a decision yesterday I will never ever be treated like that again EVER by any establishment! I never go to this location for a few reasons. It used to be because every time I went , my order was either extremely messed up or I didn't get all of my items that I ordered. I went this morning to get a few breakfast tacos before class, which I love. The lady in the drive thru was very fast in taking my order , rushing me to hurry. I get to the window , and didn't know my total because she didn't tell me when she was done taking my order , so I had to get my change together. Then, she throws my bag at me , doesn't give me a straw, and shuts the door on me. I'm sorry your job sucks but don't take it out on the customers. I would rather not give a star, a negative would be more like it. The service horrible, the employees are in poor attire, several of them not wearing gloves. The counters and tables are normally dirty, trash on the floors. The fajita meat was like eating beef jerky. Tried the chicken on a different date and it was really dry without flavor. This is the worst Taco Cabana I have ever been to and quite possibly the worst fast food joint I have ever been to. I have given then multiple chances and every single time the order has been completely messed up. The last time, I just ordered crispy tacos (thinking they can't mess that up) and when I opened (I live very near), it was a big pile of crap with nothing in the shells (that were soggy) and predominantly lettuce.
