Swung in here for a quick bite while visiting my family in Fort Worth. All items were delicious. We had a variety of fixins all of which exceeded expectations. Think Taco Bell, but I would say better. Taco Casa is a flourishing chain in Texas; hopefully, they'll expand their operation to Lafayette , would go over well I believe. Fast food gets a bad rap, but it can be done well. Taco Casa does it right.

Super Nachos, everything is packed up separately

My first time trying Taco Casa and it was interesting. I went through the drive thru around 9pm with one car ahead of me. After placing my order at the thing I waited... and waited. The wait was kind of long considering the car ahead didn't really order that much but there were quite a bit of customers inside so that's okay. Overall the service was good. I ordered the Super Nachos with peppers and was confused when I was handed a bag with two boxes in it, and when I asked if it was just the nachos the employee confirmed. Okidoki, home I go. To my surprise the super nachos don't come assembled but rather everything is separate, explaining the two boxes. Although I noticed that I never recieved any peppers in my order. Overall an okay experience but I'd rather have nachos put together but I understand they wouldn't want the chips to get soggy.

No refund receipt... printed a "Reprint"...

Always loved Taco Casa but last Tuesday was a big disappointment. Our tacos was so greasy it literally dripped off our elbows.

A tiny little place sort of jammed between the convenience store and the vape shop…read more Great for to go orders! A couple of tables in here but would not be good for a group of more than four. My food was excellent at a good price! I will definitely return soon!

I admit that I've been lazy this year, so far, so this is my first review of the year. Overall, I…read morehave mixed feelings about this place. It is an easily accessible building in Azle, off 730, but despite that it's not easy to see unless looking for it, specifically, since the sign isn't easy to read until you stop and it just looks like a basic strip mall with a Vape store next door, etc. The reason for the mixed reviews is that I paid $10 for 3 tacos and charro beans. The tacos were very small for that price, with not much meat. On the other hand, the meat was very well seasoned and was really good. The charro beans was amazing as well, with large pieces of bacon and the beans. My only issue with the charro beans was that it was very mild with no kick at all, even though it had jalapenos cooked into it. One thing that was interesting and not common at taquerias.. While the cilantro and raw onions were in plastic portion cups, it also had grilled onions, a grilled jalapeno, and it was grilled pineapple which was really good and tasted very good putting the pineapple on each taco. Now to my favorite part.. The Hot sauce. I love spicy food and it's very much a craving and the green sauce was very mild, but the red had good flavor and had a nice little kick to it. So good flavor, despite very small portions. A little expensive just for 4 tacos and a small cup of charro beans, so use your own judgement and try this place if you like street tacos and decide for yourself how it is in comparison to other places

It's rare to find people who combine professionalism with such a personal touch. On top of that, the food is outstanding, the jalapeño poppers, brisket enchiladas, and chili rancheros are especially delicious. I would confidently recommend them to anyone.

We saw this place and a relatively full parking lot so gave it a try. Definitely below average food…read moreand the service was lacking. It is a neat place inside but that doesn't overcome the shortcomings. I had Mexican food many times in the last couple days so I opted for the jalapeño peach pork chop. It was honestly tougher than leather- I really needed a sawsall to cut it. The flavor was fine. I knew I was in trouble when it arrived with a couple Libby's peaches fresh from the can sitting on the pork chop. My sides were tasteless mashed potatoes and steamed, mushy veggies. Chips and salsa, average. Queso with flavorless ground beef, average. My son had the birria tacos which were good. Not great by any stretch- it wasn't a traditional recipe and didn't have the traditional Oaxaca cheese. They used cheddar or another orange cheese. He said "good", I will call them "average": He ate all of the rice so it must have been decent. I didn't try a margarita but the ones I saw looked pretty typical for such a place big glass and probably average. I wouldn't eat here again. $50 for 2, no alcohol and I had water. We did get an order of Queso. There has to be better Mexican places than this nearby.
