I particularly recommend the pollo poblano and the beef fajitas, but I also enjoy their street tacos, which I believe are a more recent addition. (Only discovered them on the menu recently, anyway.) St. Torres has almost always been present when we're there, and he typically makes a point of stopping by to greet us and ask how our meal is. He also employs a number of family members, and the whole staff is quite friendly and helpful.

Now to my favorite part.. The Hot sauce. I love spicy food and it's very much a craving and the green sauce was very mild, but the red had good flavor and had a nice little kick to it.
