I really like TexMex and Mexican, in general. So TDM is something I'll try. I don't have high expectations when it comes to chain stores. This store is fine but nothing to rave over. If your in the mood for a fast meal, this hits the spot. The food is decent and the service is efficient without too much fanfare. I'd come back if I was hungry. The price is right if you know what to order. I happen to have a Groupon. So it was a no-brainer.

I was surprised at how much I like this place. It had average review and so I wasn't expecting much but it was pretty good. They have daily specials here and we came on Wednesday which was the wet burrito. It's chipotle style so you choose the protein, toppings and base. We opt for the fish as the protein and chose to add all the toppings/fillings. Once we were done, they added a bunch of cheese and then sauce and then more cheese. After, it was warmed up to melt the cheese. The final product was probably 1-2 lb and fed 2 people. It was delicious! The people there are also really nice. I definitely would be back

    Chicken bone? size of quarter

On 6/11/24 I purchased a Mondo Chicken Burrito from the downtown Kirkland Taco Del Mar. I cut it in half and bit into the first half. I bit into what I believe is a chicken bone. I immediately contacted Customer Service. Two days later I bit into the second half of my burrito and again bit into a second foreign object. I contacted Customer Service immediately upon both occasions. I have YET to hear back from the company. Beware.

    Where's the protein?

Meat was fatty, rice was old crispy, not fresh, food did not taste good overall as it usually does.

Service here is pretty bad, the food tastes as good as any other TDM, but be warned the service here is subpar.

He gave us lots of great recommendations! We love our appetizers, our main dishes, and drinks! The slush is good and I really wanna have the 2nd round! We were surprised that they offer the free dessert, the beautiful and yummy flan!!!! Because this is our first time to visit! Definitely we will come back and try other foods!

The decor is sophisticated, the floor plan is well-designed, the space is bright and clean, and even the tableware is thoughtfully selected. If I didn't have plans later that day, I could have easily stayed here all afternoon. Service: From seating, ordering, and table service, to being checked on during the meal and handling the bill--the entire experience was excellent. Food: Since I had already eaten lunch and was waiting for someone, I only ordered a salad and a new menu item. Salad: The ingredients were generous and fresh. The texture and size of the shrimp were impressive. The pairing of Prosciutto with melon was a classic, perfectly balanced without being overly rich. Lemon Ginger (I believe that's the name): A refreshing drink. It had just the right amount of lemon--definitely worth a recommendation. Why the name "Parma"? The name is protected because production is strictly limited to the Parma region in Italy. To be an authentic Prosciutto di Parma, the ham must be made within specific hills south of the Via Emilia at an altitude under 900 meters. The unique microclimate here--dry, mild, and scented by the Apennine mountains--is the secret to its famous flavor. This is quite similar to traditional Chinese cured meat, sharing much of the same craftsmanship. In a world overrun by mass-produced pre-made food, almost anything can be industrialized, yet time remains the only ingredient that cannot be replaced. The dessert is also amazing by the way

Stopped by after a day of shopping at Bellevue Square with my family and I'm so glad we did!…read more From the moment we sat down, our server was incredibly sweet and welcoming. The service was also impressively quick, we had our drinks and food out in no time, which was perfect after a long shopping day. We started with Moscow mules, and they were perfectly balanced and refreshing. The chips and salsa while we waited were a great touch and super satisfying! For food, we ordered the carne asada, smoked brisket tacos, and the southwest chopped salad and YUM. Everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, the portions were generous, and we genuinely enjoyed every bite. Safe to say... we left our plates completely clean! Overall, such a great experience with amazing food, fast service, and a warm atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

The first thing to know is that it can be a little tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area. It's located on the second floor of the mall, and the easiest way to access it is through the parking garage. I really loved the decor. It was clean, modern, and had a great atmosphere. I was greeted by a very friendly hostess who explained that to-go orders are normally placed online, but she happily got the manager to help me. He was incredibly helpful and made the ordering process easy. The food was really good! I ordered the jackfruit tacos with rice and beans, along with the guacamole sampler. I didn't realize beforehand that it was more Tex-Mex style, so that was a little different than I expected. The guacamole itself was good, but I'm personally not a fan of cheese and some of the additional toppings mixed into guacamole, so it just wasn't my preference. That doesn't mean it wasn't good. It just wasn't for me. The jackfruit tacos, however, were fantastic. I absolutely love jackfruit, and these were some of the best I've had other than the ones I make. They could have used a little more spice, but they were still delicious. And the chips? Completely addicting! I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in Seattle to try more items on the menu

I haven't tasted steak cooked like that in a LONG time. WOW! So delicious, I was stealing the scraps of beef that fell onto his plate. Don't get me wrong - the fish was amazing too. My Educator budget is accustomed to Taco Chukis - where we're spending roughly $25 for dinner. Our tab at Cielo was over 100 (including tip) so prep yourself folks. Bellevue has that combination sales tax too, and that's a hefty add on. It's worth it though...we'll definitely be back for more tacos! PS: sorry no pics - we were too eager to eat!

This is easily one of the best fried calamari dishes in town and worth every penny. I wished the jalapeños had a bit more heat, but the flavor and texture were incredible. * Baja Chimi: The sauce on this was phenomenal--so good that next time I visit, I'm going to see if I can get this sauce on nachos instead of standard cheese! Mixed feeling: * Quesabirria Taco Plate: The consommé was rich, deeply flavorful, and great for dipping. However, the birria meat inside the tacos was on tougher side and chewy rather than tender, which held the dish back. The Misses: * Fish Ceviche: The biggest lowlight--the fish was surprisingly tough and missed the mark on texture. * Nachos with Carne Asada: Pretty underwhelming. Adding carne asada was a steep $10+ upcharge, yet the portion of meat was tiny and the overall flavor was bland.
