This place is SOOOO good! I was craving Birria tacos (or Karla's tacos here), and their service is crazy fast. It took less than five minutes to get the tacos. I got their lunch special w/o any rice and beans, and it was just under $10. Their Birria was so soft & tender, and their consume I swear I can swim in it was divine. I will definitely make this a regular place to go when I'm in the area. Their place is right next to a grocery store, and inside it's absolutely adorable. I love how well kept and clean they have it. It's better than okay. They have an extensive menu. I ordered the skirt steak dinner. The flavors were spot on. It was served with rice and beans and just yeah. My friend ordered the steak fajitas. Again, served with rice and beans. She seemed to really enjoy it as well. It's a place where you order at the counter and they serve you at your table. They're still super new (I think) so it didn't really bother me that the girl at the register had to ask someone else the questions I was asking. I'm just thankful that someone else was there. My only negative is... you have to pay for chips and salsa. I love chips and salsa. But enough to have to PAY for them? Probably not. They do have a lot for parking. read more

Food was good, but the pico de gallo didn't have jalapeños and was mainly just onions. We traded in the pico for salsa which was basically just the original pico we had with tomato sauce mixed in. This would have been a 4.5 or 5 star review if not for the no jalapeños and plethora of onion pico de gallo and salsa that were just not good and had 0 spice. Stopped in for lunch on a road trip- if this place was near my home in Indy, I'd be in every week! Best tacos and tamales we've had in a while. I ordered Karla's steak tacos and a cheese and pepper tamal, and my husband had a Karlas barbacoa taco, a Karla tamal and a green chicken tamal. Everything was amazing, and super reasonably priced. I can't believe I am barely discovering Taco Depot! I can eat here every day! I have tried the Carla tacos, a lot of, cheesecake! The tamales are even good! Everything is authentic! Horrible Customer Service... I ordered 3 meals, they messed up two of them, I called the restaurant and spoke to a female manager who said the next time I come in they would replace the whole order.
