I had an appointment in the area and stopped in for lunch. It wasn't crowded around 1:30pm on a weekday. I ordered my food for dine in at the counter. They had a lunch special for $8 that included 2 entrees and 1 side with a fountain beverage. While waiting I was offered chips and salsa. The chips were so fresh! When my order arrived I was blown away. The steak and chicken were delicious and my taco and quesadilla was so flavorful. The lunch special is a great value! Reggie and family are the epitome of a family owned business and the value it brings to a community. I've eaten at Court St Burritos countless times before the pandemic and watched them hang on during the lockdown of the pandemic - this is the type of business you root for and want to see make it. Due to a family matter, I have been at the hospital across the street daily. One evening, I stopped by Court St Burritos after a much too long hiatus. They have a food truck now - that alone made my day. I'm glad to see the expansion of a food truck and my bet is that is does well. The place was busy - two servers moving effortlessly and quickly to take meals out to tables and handle carry out. My meal was perfect, freshly made and delicious as always. Their menu is good in size - I think easy enough to find something for everyone. My top picks (in no particular order) - steak burrito, chicken el pastor, chili rellanos - the sauce for the chili rellanos is different than other places and I tend to like it better. I usually end up with the steak burrito because it is so good, I just hate to change, even though I go in with the mindset to try something new. :) The food is always fresh. The service is always good and you can see that there is a solid interest in delivering a quality meal to each and every person. The seating is nicely done - when you look at how the tables are placed - they manage to get a good amount of people seated in a space that isn't overly large. Each table still has plenty of room. Decor is cute southwest theme with witty taco / Mexican food signage. Washrooms always spotless. Freezer with Mexican ice creams and cooler with Mexican sodas adds a nice touch too. Located across from the county fairgrounds - I've seen the fair vendors and fair goers come over in droves to eat during the fair. Parking is plentiful and the parking lot allows several options for entrance and exit. What it comes down to for me - these are good people. This is more than collecting a paycheck for them. They have poured their lives into building an excellent restaurant and it shows. read more

What folks have to understand sometimes restaurants can be a hit and miss and depending on who is cooking in the back determines the quality of the food. 95% of the time I've eaten here the tacos and burritos are great. Typically if Manny is in the back cooking the food is good. Every now and then the food is bland but still good. I enjoy the food here and the service here is friendly and fast. The restaurant inside is clean several places to sit if it's not busy. Overall I would give this place a 8/10 read more

Came here because Fat Burrito had a wait and I saw this place had 5 stars on yelp. Only 3 reviews...Skeptical but hungry we decided to give it a shot. Parking lot is strip mall style with shared businesses. Court St Burrito shares an exterior hall door with a bar so we walked in to cigarette smoke. The woman serving us was very friendly. Their customer service as far as being waited on was good. That's why I gave the second star. Coming here expecting some what authentic Mexican food we were very disappointed. Enchilada sauce tasted like canned tomato sauce. Rice and beans were ok but over cooked. Steak burrito was ok. First bite into both the burrito and the chicken enchilada had tough pieces of gristle. If you want real authentic tasting Mexican food go to Fat Burrito. They are definitely worth the wait and I've learned from my mistake. read more

Man the best thing that ever happened was the TB closing down for a year. It forced me to try new things and boy oh boy I found my favorite Mexican resteraunt in Court St. Burritos. I love it all. Tacos, burritos, fajitas, chimichangas, enchiladas, quesadilla. It's all really really good. I'm convinced they have the best chicken in the area but their beef, steak, and al Pastor is also really really good. The employees are friendly, the prices are good. Only thing I'm disappointed in is when they open. I'm usually around CP at 10 but since Corona they started opening at 11 instead of 9. I'd probably go every day if they opened earlier haha but as it is I only can go if I'm running late in the area and can wait 15 minutes for them to open. It's worth the wait though! read more

Damn - we have tried Mexican in Indiana after living for years eating REAL Mexican food and it's all been an incredibly awful disappoint but THIS actually competes with some of the best Taco Trucks in California.. Really good Mexican food! Nice clean restaurant with good service. Good menu options. Free GREAT chips and salsa if you sit down. I ordered the Chili Rellenos and my sister wanted steak tacos. They didnt have traditional listed on the menu, but didnt mind providing it nor did they charge extra. They put fresh nutmeg (I think it was nutmeg) on the Horchata. I ordered guac and chips to go, and took out most of the food in carry out boxes. The servings were pretty large. read more
