This place has been continuously decreasing the amount of ground beef in the tacos. I called them to complaint about this issue, but the person I spoke to was rude (he seemed to be busy). One of my favorite places for a quick dinner at home especially on a Taco Tuesday if I've not planned dinner. Great tacos-we especially like the chicken, steak, and carnitas. But today I had the opportunity to Taco Grill for a catered work lunch. I ordered a steak tacos package and a chicken tacos package. They came with absolutely all the toppings you could ask for. I ordered a couple extras as well including chips and guac, chorizo queso, and a fruit tray. All were fresh, delicious, and super generously served. I also had some vegetarians amongst my colleagues and ordered a veggie taco filling that was awesome! A lot of variety and perfectly cooked. My colleagues raved about the food and everyone went back for at least seconds. Worst experience ever. The owner is completely unprofessional. He blamed his errors on GrubHub. Salsa all over my food b/c containers were not completely closed. When mentioning he decided to hang up the phone. I understand business is rough during covid-19 but don't take it out on your customers. At the end of the day you won't have any customers left. This is a little jewel in Warrenville! This location has turned over several times but we hope, as 20+ year residents of Warrenville, that it stays for a long time. The tacos we ordered were soft corn and delicious. We love the steak and the pork tacos. The chips and salsa are fresh and delicious. There are many traditional Mexican food choices here. We carry out and have not actually sat in the restaurant, but it is conveniently located and so reasonably priced. We got 6 tacos, rice and 2 orders of chips and salsa and it was under $20.00!
