    Jarritos And The Veggie Taco
    Steve A.

A good almost literal hole in the wall place for some cheap tacos and food. It of course has specials on Tuesdays so that's when to go. Taco Grill is the best Mexican place in Warrenville. Cheap is the best thing about it. You have to of course get tacos. It has some good cheap deals. None better than Taco Tuesday for sure. They have really good prices on tacos. Also it's not just tacos they have. You can also get some tamales. All this needs a drink. Unfortunately they don't have alcohol so no margaritas. Instead they do have Jarritos. It's about $2 for a bottle of pop. The tacos are why you come though. It has those great specials on Tuesday and it's amazing they aren't busy. It's $1.50 each. They have protein choices and the Veggie. It's small so order a few. These come with cilantro and onions. Good place where it seems most people get carryout. It has a few tables that are inside. The worst thing is no alcohol but they do have cheap tacos.

I'm surprised this place has 4 stars. I've had better Mexican in the area. The rice is soggy/not flavorful. The horchata drink does not taste like the traditional drink that's delicious. Tasted like cinnamon water. The green sauce had a jelly like consistency.. (gross). Food looks great but taste is 3/10

Best tongue taco in town! I discovered my love for tongue tacos right here at Taco Grill. A little most expensive than the other tacos at $3, the tongue taco is flavorful, melts in your mouth and had me craving for more. $1 taco Tuesdays AAAAND Saturdays (Mexican style), what?! $1.50 for American style. Regular price is $2. Mexican style = onions and cilantro American style = lettuce and cheese. The tacos here are delicious! They also have specialty ones that cost more. They also have tamale for $1.50 with a choice of pork or chicken. I tried the pork one and it was pretty good. The corn was moist and the meat was flavorful. I didn't try their wings, but they have them for $5/6 wings in original, BBQ, mango habanero, or Valentina hot sauce. ....| \ _ , , , - - , , _ , .../ , ` . - ' ` ' . _ \ - ; ; ; , _ ..| , a - ) ) _ . ; . Ordered Tacos and Burritos. The burritos is by far one of the best I've had. Amazing and will definitely eat here again.

Been here several times. Great food, lively atmosphere, and so on…read more Today was our first carry-out. We were worried but not after we got home with our food. It was just as good as in the restaurant. We ordered for 4 people. The food was spot on. Tomahawk, 2 Vodka pastas, and the wagyu beef stroganoff. With two brussels sprouts sides, the cheese cake and banana pie. The deserts are to die for! I am amazed this carry-out was just as good as in the restaurant. Well packaged. Still fresh when we got home and as always here, tasty. Well done!

So I thought we were all set. Our reservation was for 6:00, and we arrived at 5:54. We were told to wait until six, which was perfectly fine. Six o'clock rolls around and we're told they're still cleaning the table. Okay, we wait. Then we wait. And wait. Thirty minutes later, we find out the people who had the table STILL hadn't even left. Baby...what exactly were we reserving three weeks ago, a future dream? They offered us a complimentary appetizer, which I appreciate in theory, but when you've got a party of eight waiting 40 minutes past their reservation time, I'm not really looking for the cheapest appetizer on the menu. I'm looking for the table I reserved. Eventually, we were seated, and thank GOD for our server Alexis B, because they completely turned the experience around. Funny, knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and genuinely one of the best servers I've ever had. If I could give them five stars separately, I would. They made us feel welcome and somehow kept the whole table laughing after that rocky start. The food had some hits and misses. The crab cake was a little too spicy for my taste, although the rest of the table enjoyed it. The mini sliders, however? DELICIOUS. That buttery, well seasoned bun was doing exactly what it needed to do. Then came my Entourage burger, and baby...THAT burger understood the assignment. It was absolutely packed with flavor. So good that I practically inhaled it. My server even asked if I wanted another one because apparently I ate it fast enough to qualify for a second round. Unfortunately, the management situation left a lot to be desired. After the issues getting our table, the managers seemed to keep watching our group throughout the night. If you're going to stare, baby, at least commit to the performance! It made an already awkward situation feel even more uncomfortable. Honestly, my server Alexis B, was the ONLY reason this experience ended on a positive note. They were so charming and personable that by the end, they felt more like a friend than a server. I'm genuinely going to miss them. The food was good, and that burger was fantastic, but a three-week reservation should not turn into a 40 minute wait with a party of eight standing around wondering when they're going to eat. So unfortunately, I'm leaving with two stars. The food gave me reasons to come back, but the reservation experience and management gave me reasons to stay home. And to my server: you were the star of the night. Protect this person at all costs.

There's something for everyone. Cheesecake Factory in 2006 is the same in 2026 in the most wonderful way. My husband and I came here for an early dinner. We tried dining here when they first opened, but the lines were way too long for us. Now the hype has died down a bit, and you can easily walk-in for a weeknight dinner (party of 2) with no reservation around 5:30pm. Our server was nice, attentive, and immediately brought us a basket of bread at the table (the pumpernickel is the best). We ordered cheeseburger spring rolls to share as an appetizer; we split a salad with mini iceberg, poached pears and blue cheese as well (treenuts on the side). I ordered a cajun jambalaya pasta. My husband ordered an ahi tuna bowl. The food was fresh and well-portioned. My one note is that my pasta didn't really have a sauce, it had a lot of spices kind of like a "dry rub" pasta. It's not something I'd order again but I wanted to try something new. I got a to-go box for the half of my remaining pasta. Neither of us had enough room for dessert/cheesecake, but the flavors in the glass case by the entrance are so enticing. The restaurant is clean and vibrant and fun - there's everything to love at Cheesecake Factory. We will be back, maybe with the rest of the extended family. Four shiny stars!

There is something for everyone. There's home decor, seasonal decor, soap, coffee mugs, candy, the list goes on! I bought a ton of stuff after we ate! The ambiance is exactly how I remember it from back in the day. Our service, however was definitely bad. This was an isolated incident as every other server I saw giving great service. So great that we saw numerous tables get their food before us who were sat after us. The restaurant was slow, so there really wasn't an excuse outside management needs to train better. Our server gave us our drinks without a straw. When asking him for a straw, he just looked at us, and walked away. Tbh it was kind of comical. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, it was safe to say he forgot. When I saw him again, I asked, and again he just walked away without saying anything lol but he did grab a straw! Woohoo! Onto the food, I ordered the chicken and dumplings with turnip greens and hashbrown casserole, my husband ordered the campfire chicken. We waited close to an hour for our food. I think it was a combination of our server maybe putting our order in late, and our food sitting for a while. At this point, my husband and I were so hungry. My food wasn't hot. It was lukewarm so I know it was sitting for a while and our server wasn't paying attention. Was it still delicious though? Yes! Again, we were so hungry I didn't say anything because I didn't want to wait any longer. It was still delicious and I'd order it over and over. My husbands dish was incredible! Hot and the campfire seasoning is AMAZING! The chicken was also so tender and juicy. He loved it! We will definitely be back! However, I will request them to not give us the waiter we had.

The sauce, the crust. The amount of sauce. Etc. all hit it just right. Second app was a plate of fresh cut fries. Once again this place does not cut corners. Perfectly fried with a crunch and sea salt on top. That was a busy plate getting gobbled up before our entrees showed up. For my entree, I got the mushroom parpadelle with shrimp. I had no clue until I started to eat it that it was homemade pasta. In my head I kept thinking there is no way this is not made in house. I asked the waiter and yes indeed he said they are making pasta all day long. With the amount of people in this restaurant. I can only imagine how busy that kitchen is creating this soft and fresh beautiful pasta. If you have ever made pasta. You know how much time and work it is. Sorry, back to my dish: the shrimp we cooked to a perfection. Quality high, the mushrooms were fresh and I could not wait to find more. If you want Italian. Skip the chains. This was my first time there and I am surprised I haven't heard more people talking about it. I stopped in a little after 9:30pm to meet up with the rest of the group of 6 on a Saturday night. I didn't realize until I got there that my cousin's cousin who is a friend was actually bartending so that was a nice surprise because he's got a lot of experience. Our server was really nice and came up to our high top as I was looking over the drink menu to let me know that the kitchen would be closing soon in case we wanted to order any food but we had all already eaten. I do kind of wish that I had looked over the food menu though because some of the last plates I saw being served for the night looked pretty good. Both the server and our friend did a great job of checking in throughout the night with our party and the others. This was the same night as the Pride Celebration in Aurora that was literally just outside on Stolp Ave but it wasn't very busy for a while but a good amount of people trickled in for a nightcap after the show at the Paramount let out. The 2 drinks I had were really good. The first one was the featured cocktail: Naughty Nellie's Nectar which was a great Tiki-esque drink with spiced rum and bitters mixed with various fruit juices including passion fruit, guava, pineapple, and lime. It was right up my alley so I was a little sad when I went for a second one and the bartender said that they had run out of some of the ingredients but that he would make me the other drink on the menu that's similar, the Twilight Tixi. I liked that one a lot too. What really made the night great though was the chill and relaxing ambiance of the space. The nice lighting gave the mood of a mix between lounge, restaurant and bar. The music was good and although they had the TV above the bar playing the last game of the NBA finals it was not the focal point. I'm looking forward to more fun nights at Arthouse in the future.
