Worst experience ever. My brother and I sat at the bar and got horrible service. Lady served us last, never refilled the water, and we got our food last as well. Literally watch people sit down after we ordered and got their food first. When we finally got our food she forgot the sides and had to go back. I think we made the mistake by paying upfront and going ahead and tipping her 20%. We won't be back, I recommend people just go to Gameday up the street. 7/17/21 - party of 3 Taco Mac is one of the places I miss the most after moving away from Atlanta. TM's are all over the place, with the same great food. We ate at them often. If you just want a brew or a pile of lip-smackin' chicken wings, TM is the place! I love all the big booths and TV's everywhere. The staff is always happy to accommodate your choice on sporting events on TV's near you. We hadn't had TM is over 2 years so I let my sons go wild - we ordered the 50 pack with 5 different flavors, piles of french fries and multiple cups of TM's ranch. Their ranch is more sour cream/garlic than the hidden valley variety. There's 17 different wing sauces and dry rubs - mild stuff for me and the 3-mile island burn for my sons. We had a great time watching the Red Sox while devouring the wings. We had plenty of leftovers for wings for breakfast the next day. I'd love to see TM expand to Savannah! Our time trying this place in Woodstock, Georgia. We arrived about 1:30pm and it was very busy. We had a very friendly waiter and smiled the whole time. Knowledgeable with the menu and brought our drinks fast. We order the large guacamole. Chips were a bit stale and no salt on them. The salsa was spicy and good. This wasn't my best decision. The chicken fingers were drowning in a really overpowering sauce, but my fault. I should have stuck with my go-to wings and wedge salad. I have a family of five, and we never agree on where to go out to eat. So, we end up here most often. Everyone likes it, and there's plenty of variety on the menu. My husband is trying hard to get his name on a plaque for drinking 100 different beers here...ambitious, that guy! As for me, I can have unbattered wings if I'm feeling indulgent or if I'm being carb conscious...so, like, all the time. Stopped by on on Sunday, Sept, 14 at 8:00pm. We placed a simple order for 3 entrees. My order was a simple Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The food came out from a different waiter and my wive's and daughtwrs food came out fine. Mine did not. We made that server aware that it was missing. 10 minutes later our main server came by asking what was wrong with my wrap. We told her that it never came. The others were almost done with their food so I told her that if it wasn't ready then to cancel the order. Another 10 minutes go by and a manager shows up and says that they can make it if I still wanted it. We are now 30-40 past the original order and they are just now offering to make it. I declined and told them to remove it from the bill. I would have thought that they would offer some kind of other way to help alleviate the disappointment of what happened. He did not offer anything else like free drinks or some sort of discount on the remaining bill. So I arrived there hungry and left there even more hungry. We have been to this establishment and other Taco Mac's many times and have always enjoyed the food and service. Went to watch UNC Duke b ball game. Had to ask for it to be turned on. Main screens were showing NCIS New Orleans Next screen was showing a Morgan silver dollar commercial. Next option was pet tv. First manager apologized changed the channels but it reverted to previous channels after two minutes. Request to wait staff to change it went with no action for ten minutes. Wow. Was a TM then another strange sports bar and back to TM This was the second trip back since they went back to TM. The server did not have a clue! She delivered the salads with the meal instead of bringing them out early. Then the buffalo chicken sandwich on the hoagie roll had 2 sad and lonely grilled tenders on an untoasted, barely cut roll. When it was TM the first time, it was okay. Not great but okay. Now, they need help. The Canton location will start getting our business again for a while. read more

Horrible take out customer service. They are always backed up in the kitchen. Staff does not care if you are a delivery person they give attitude back at their customers. ( the delivery drivers) Makes no sense to not put a timer on food exiting the kitchen . Especially when you have a specific take out area. Taco Mac hasn't changed much since my last visit. It's name has always been a strange business decision as it doesn't really identify with tacos but it's good quality and an easy go to if there's a game on or you just want to hang out family style. This is not about the food or the environment or the vast beer selection. This is for an individual who single handedly got me to ever step foot in a Taco Mac again. Scroll through my reviews and you will see my disdain for this chain. It's always been about the service, or lack there of, in any Taco Mac I have been to in the last 20 years. Usually I try a new Taco Mac once and then hate it like I always do and I never come back. Not this time or the last time I have been to this particular Taco Mac, and it is 100% because of one of their servers named Jordan. My son Jack and I came here a little over a week ago and there was the requisite bad hostess who, even when asked to seat us in a booth, sat us at a table in a dark corner by the service door in the back of the restaurant. I was like "hereeee we go" But then our server came out, and it was Jordan. Took excellent care of us that day, and we left happy! Fast forward to today, and we were craving wings. We decided to try Taco Mac again and saw that Jordan was working again! We asked the hostess to seat us in his section. Jordan not only remembered our names but he took even better care of us, from making spot on suggestions to accommodating the little things like sampling wing sauce. You see, when you eat out, it's not what a server does for you, or the food they bring to your table, it's how they make you feel that matters. That's where the value is in dining out. Jordan totally turned 2 decades worth of disappointment I have had with this chain, and a good manager and owner will find out what this young man's magic is and try to duplicate it. Taco Mac will always be busy and filled with many people who are just there for the sports and beer and just ok bar food. I'm so happy they brought back Taco Mac! I came here about a week ago with a small group of friends and we all had a great experience. They seemed to be training the staff, but everyone was attentive and very friendly. I can't remember our server's name, but she was blonde, and she was super funny ad sweet. The food and beer were great, and I was very surprised by our short wait, since the place was packed! One con though, at the time we went they weren't accepting Discover cards (which was confusing since their card books all displayed the Discover logo). It was a little embarrassing since that was the only method of payment that I had. But a friend spotted me the $15 and it wasn't a big deal.
