They're was a line to order but it goes by very quickly and they bring you your order to your table. I've only had the tacos but I will definitely be back to try something else.

I ordered four tacos for $1.50 each so total of six dollars for four tacos. Thinking rice and beans wouldn't be that much. I decided to order rice and beans. And a Mexican Coca-Cola. I was done to see my bill for $18.48. There is no signage about the cost of rice and beans nor the cost of the soda. So after looking into it. I realized four dollars for the rice four dollars for the beans and four dollars for the soda so technically for rice and beans in a soda it came up for $12 +6 dollars for the four tacos. This is unbelievable. I definitely will not be coming back if this is how they charge customers. I asked for a menu and I was told there was no menu to look at the prices. Tacos were good because of the tortillas. But the meat was OK very small amount of meat by the way. This is not worth $18.48. Not to mention the service was very put off by me asking about the cost of the rice and beans.

I was really hoping we'd be able to find this food truck again this year, and I was so happy to see it was still there. My fiancé ordered the al pastor burrito, and I got two mulitas. Everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality and care put into the food. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by. Hearty veggies, and huge pieces of chicken. Accompanied by homemade corn tortillas, a small bowl of rice and a cup of hibiscus leaf juice (agua de Jamaica) it all was a meal worthy of a king. I left a very happy camper. Not hungry for almost the whole day and didn't have anything better to eat for the rest of the day. Super satisfying and filling. I'm looking forward to the next visit to try something else. But I'm sure I won't be disappointed with the next visit. My stomach's growling just talking about this place. Haha. THANKS!

Chorro ! Chorro! Don't do it ! You'll get chorro and for those English speakers- diarrhea! Omg this place is absolutely disgusting. The oil they use is used over and over again , you can tell because the tacos are dark . I loved this place and then I got chorro like 2 times and I was like- ok no! The size of the burrito was very large, nothing like the weak burritos Taco Bell has on offer these days. A small disappointment was that they only gave me one tiny salsa cup. On first bite, I was greeted with a mouthful of potato. A bad first impression given that some places try to pad the size with cheap filling. The potato was not crispy either, more doughy. Sadly, the rest of the ingredients were not very flavorful either, I'm not sure if they forgot salt or don't season the potatoes but there was not much of a flavor profile. Also, very very skimpy on the cheese, I couldn't even find it. The beans were very clumpy refried beans, I'm not entirely sure if they're canned or yesterday's beans half reheated. Ultimately, for $9 it was adequate and for a hearty meal I would recommend it, just don't go in expecting anything ground breaking. I will return for the tamale bowl soon.

We were in La Quinta and decided to check out Taqueria El Guero. It's a newer spot, which probably explains why it was pretty quiet when we arrived (party of 9), though a few smaller groups came in after. Service was solid! Our server (who was also the hostess) was friendly, attentive, and handled our group very well no complaints there. Food-wise, it was a bit of a mixed bag. Chips and salsa were just okay, not bad, but not memorable either. That's usually the first thing that sets the tone at a Mexican restaurant. We ordered a variety of dishes: molcajete, menudo, torta, flautas, chimichanga, California fries, and camarones a la diabla (my plate). Camarones a la diabla: 5/10 - more smoky and slightly sweet than spicy, which was unexpected. Also heavier on onions than usual, but I didn't mind since I like them. Chimichanga: 6/10 - smaller than expected for the price and overall just okay (my partner's take). Menudo: 5/10 - based on feedback, it could use some improvement. The rice could definitely be better, while the beans were decent. The space itself is clean and nicely decorated, but the atmosphere could use a little work. Some background music would go a long way TV shows kind of take away from the dining experience, unless that's the vibe they're going for. One thing that really stood out (in a not-so-good way) was the bathroom! it could definitely use attention in terms of odor (possibly a sewage issue).
