Small restaurant, great service! The woman at the register welcomed me with a huge smile and offered some recommendations. I chose the quesabirria tacos. I love that everything is cooked fresh. The tacos and consomé were delicious, especially with the green sauce! Yum! The prices are a bit on the high side. For example, a side of guacamole and chips was $7 or $8. The tacos I got (3) and consomé was 13.99. There are more menu items I'd like to try so I'll certainly be back when I'm ready to splurge a little.

This place kind of sucks now... this is a recent realization I've come to. I won't be back. The food is very avg, nothing special or original about it. Just basic tacos - meat, onions, and cilantro. If this is the only option near you it's ok, but it's much better tacos in Norcross and on delivery apps. I'm ok with basic tacos, what I'm not ok with is the price. One taco in person (and via delivery apps) is $5 now which is a joke - these are small street tacos. Taco Tuesdays is half off, but you can't order them on flour tortillas. They're very stingy with the sauces, you don't even get 1 sauce per taco usually. The service is avg at best. If you go in to order tacos you're probably waiting 10 mins or more. Not much going on inside and not really anything exceptional in terms of customer service. The customer service was better when they first opened. The ambiance inside isn't anything special. It has the ambiance of a fast food restaurant with dine in prices. Overall this has become an over priced establishment that does everything avg at best. If you're going to pay top dollar for Mexican food do it somewhere else. If you're on a food delivery app you're better off ordering tacos from an establishment in Norcross. Same quality, half the price. You would think something would be exceptional about the restaurant at these prices, but everything falls short. Ive had better more welcoming customer service a big box fast food places. Spending $30 and getting 3 small sauces is diabolical. The food is so expensive it's no way their margins are that tight that they have to ration out sauces. This place had potential, but the steady price increases and poor customer service ruined it for me. It's just no reason these tacos should be almost $5 a taco. It's absurd. Even heard the phrase you get what you pay for? WTF am I paying for lol everything is avg. This place sucks

The food was delicious and reasonably priced and they have birria tacos! Clean restaurant and friendly service. That's all you need!

Hole in the wall Mexican spots are always the best, so make sure you find Taco Takeout and get yourself an amazing meal! We ordered online and it was ready in a quick 20 minutes. I had 2 street tacos and my boyfriend got their carnitas fries. We also ordered churros but unfortunately they were out, so I'll definitely be back to try them next time! The tacos were just how I like them. The chorizo was flavored beautifully, the lengua was nice and chewy (if you've never tried cow tongue before, I would HIGHLY recommend it). The chorizo fries were also really good, although the fries got a little soggy from the transport home. The fries and tacos came with 3 types of salsa and queso which were all good. My favorite was their smoked red chili one, and it was super spicy. For a cheap, quick Mexican spot in Roswell, make sure you stop by taco takeout!

This is one of my favorite restaurants!! I eat here regularly and get the birria tacos and chorizo queso!

I could eat tacos every day, so I was thrilled to learn about a taco shop no more than 5 minutes from my home. I placed an order online for pickup, received an estimated time for pickup and headed to get my order. When I arrived my order wasn't ready, the cashier tried to call me, but I didn't' answer. They didn't have Chile relleno tacos, so they weren't sure what I wanted substituted, I definitely understood the delay. I waited maybe about 10 minutes for two shrimp tacos and an order of queso dip & chips. I arrived around 5:54pm on a Monday night in May and the place was empty, only two employees working. The establishment was very clean! I know the taco shop has mixed reviews, but my tacos were five stars, they were perfect! nicely seasoned, good portion and very tasty. The queso was so-so! The service was very good, the cashier chatted with me while I waited, had a smile, and packaged my meal so it held up well for the drive.   I would definitely order from here again and hope I have an opportunity to try the Chile relleno tacos since these are my favorite and not something you frequently see on menus here in Georgia. It also would be nice if the online ordering system only displayed items that were available for order.

I ddecided to give this spot a try as it was near to my house and I wanted to try something quick and new . After scrolling through yelp I decided on the steak fries . When I got there my food was already prepared which was a plus . I saw they had specialty drinks and asked the front lady the name but couldn't quite make out what she said because of the language barrier . None the less I decided to try . I'm glad I did, it's good kinda reminds me of sorrel which is why I called it that lol but I could be wrong . Now let's get into the steak fries. It's bussin! Lol but no for real I think I did wrong by going there because now it'll be my guilty pressure. Try it! You won't be disappointed

Love their birria tacos that's the only thing I've tried, my husband says their quesadillas (chicken) taste amazing. They give a decent amount of queso cheese (wish it had chunks like tomato and peppers)

I visited this place for lunch today and wanted to try their birria ramen. It's a small, neatly decorated place. You have to place and pay for your order at the counter. We got Birria Tacos, Ramen Birria, Fried Chicken tacos, Chicken Chimichanga, and Horchata. Food came out hot and fresh. I loved the flavors of Birria ramen, but it was very salty; we couldn't eat it much. Loved the Birria Tacos; they weren't as oily as you get at other places. Tacos were adequately stuffed. Chicken Taco was very flavorful and the best one from today's visit. Horchata was too watery. The chimichanga was good. I would give this place one more chance because the tacos and service were good

I still haven't figured a way to place an order and the menu has no prices. I shouldn't have to work so hard to place an order. Ridiculous

I stopped in for a quick couple of tacos, and it turned out to be a great decision. These are…read moreclassic, traditional street tacos served on small corn tortillas, topped simply with fresh cilantro and onion. I appreciated that the onions were finely diced and uniform, it may seem like a small detail, but it made each bite clean and balanced. I ordered a variety of meats, and it was immediately clear that the quality is excellent. Everything was diced small, cooked perfectly tender, and packed with flavor. Not a single bite was chewy, which really speaks to the care in preparation. The tortillas were outstanding, sturdy without being tough, with a depth of corn flavor that made me wonder if they're house-made or cooked with a high-quality fat. Either way, they held together beautifully and elevated the tacos. The salsa bar was another highlight, offering several fantastic options. Every sauce had great flavor and a well-balanced consistency. The place was packed, and I was the only non-Hispanic person there, which felt like a very good sign of authenticity. Despite that, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

You can really tell she takes pride in her job, and was so warm and inviting! Great start to our visit! I wanted to try this place because Mexican Cuisine is the finest in the world and this place had great reviews!! I really wanted to try one of everything. They have a KILLER menu!! Brightly lit display menu with pics that make it super easy to navigate. They have ALLLLL of my favorites. I had 2 Birria tacos w/ consume and a chorizo tostada which I tend to order at any LEGIT Mexican restaurant I try. The food was fantastic!! Perfectly cooked and topped. There is a salsa bar with plenty of limes and salsas and fixings including incredible pickled carrots and jalapeños. My son raved about his Al pastor tacos which were street taco sized. Will definitely be adding El Indio to my list of OUTSTANDING Mexican restaurants. GET HERE!! I will be working my way through this menu frequently!

The plastic water cups looked foggy and old. Everything here just seemed old and dirty. We started with the Dip Trio because the salsa that came with the chips was very spicy. The Dip trio included Pico de Gallo (didn't look fresh), queso, and Guacamole. I ordered a Grilled Chicken burrito with Yuca Fries. The Grilled Chicken burrito barely had chicken and instead had a load of spicy chorizo (ground meat). It should've been called a chorizo burrito with chicken. The Yuca fries were like bricks (probably frozen). Our server was very nice which is why I gave this review 2 stars.

As soon as I walked in, I was seated and taken to a booth. Once I sat down I was handed a menu and was trying to figure out what I wanted. I was given water but the water tasted odd as if their filter needs to be changed. The seating was comfortable and there were plenty of places to sit. The ambiance was rather dark inside the restaurant. I ended up deciding on flautas and chose Mexican rice as my side. I didn't wait long for my food but the plating was very sloppy. A lot of cheese and just overall super unappetizing looking. However, I was starving so I made with what I had. The flautas were super oily and soggy so it was extremely hard to eat them without them failing apart. The rice was also watery as well and tasted mostly of tomato juice with how much watery they were. Service was alright, just very mediocre and grabbing plates when we weren't fully finished. Honestly, I could've made without going as the food was just alright. I most likely won't be coming back.
