The service was not good the staff was rude and the store was not clear and food on the floor and the table was gross and the restroom smell and not clear no tissue or toilet paper was out i went to ask someone about it and they said it was not there job. This is one of the worst Taco Time in the Pacific NW. I come here often because it a better "healthier" option than other fast food place (if healthier for fast food even exists). I also come here often because it's close to my residence & I work long hrs. Fri, 8/10, order food through the drive through. Arrived home, took a bite out of my crispy taco all to discover a long hair of food. DISGUSTING!!! Clear not my hair as I am an African American women with colored blonde, brownish hair. This is not the first time I've had disgusting food experience with this place. Many time I discovered food, partially cooked & burned. Beans are burnt, cold & crispy burritos under cooked to where the outside is so soft it's broken up in the bag. Numerous times. Mexi fry texture is overly flaky, cold and taste like they've been cooked with old oil. Many times call C/S & Complained. All to have to drive back up here to get money back. Location is still preparing food this way this. After last Fri's incident I'M DONE with this location. I would not recommend my dog eat here & I surely would not recommend anyone eat here. The staff seems like they are simply working here to perform the basic bare minimum cooking service not even taking inconsiderate that they should care abt the food they service to customers. Spoke to manager abt food, who returned my money (only after I requested it). Where is the C/S here??? Suggested hair, beard caps be worn all to be told managers boss doesn't allow that!! Really!!?? What manager would not recommend staff wear proper PPE? With all of these unsafe cooking experiences someone is going to get seriously sick. read more

This was quite possibly the worst fast food experience of my life. We ordered through the app. Order would be ready in 30 minutes. Perfect. Then we learned that additional people would be coming over. So we submitted another order under the same name and account. At the given time, my cousin drove to go pick up the food. Returning 30 minutes later with only one of the orders (the food was also cold - but there are larger issues at hand). He said that he explicitly said that he was there to pick up two orders. They asked "two bags or two orders?" He, being autistic, didn't know how to respond. So they gave him two bags - which contained only the food from the second order. Why would he know how many bags were in his order? Do YOU know how many bags of food you're going to get when you're picking up through the drive thru? No. Alas, we were hungry. So my aunt, understanding that my cousin was confused, drove to the restaurant herself to pick up the missing order. She called 3 times on her way there - no answer. At the window, the staff was hostile as she explained her frustration. Saying that they almost threw her order away because she took so long to get there. Remember, this order was under the same name as the other. Did it not occur to any of the employees that they had already served a customer with that same name? Ridiculous. 1 hour after placing the order, my aunt returned home with the remaining food. But! It wasn't all the food! A few items were missing. The food was cold and prepared sloppily. Shortly after finishing the meal, a couple of us grew ill would spend the night making emergency trips to the bathroom. The most concerning of these being my aunt with a gluten allergy. There had obviously been cross contamination with the flour and corn tortillas. A serious allergic reaction occurred and in the 18 hours since finishing the meal, she has lost 5 lbs. Save yourself some time, money, and patience. Don't order food from Taco Time. read more

This is the new store just to clarify. No thank you. In my opinion the food was raw..tasteless..had to much cartilage in the little bit of chicken I DID eat. The Salsa was gross. I dont know what that was but it tasted rotten or rancid to me. Taco Time is not new, but this store is. I have not been in a Taco Time in probably at least a decade. This reminded me why. The burrito shell was literally cold raw like right out of the packaging. I ordered a Classic Burrito with Chicken. The lettuce was bitter, the cheese your average cheddar you buy in the market..basically the tomato, onionjust chopped no seasoning or anything and sour cream were literally as basic as you can get so when you get chicken, you would expect flavor..something with cilantro or just something. Uggh! They typically put a ranch sour cream on it, but ranch is not mexican so I asked for just the sour cream. This was THE most inauthentic tasting(something you can make taste better at home) food. At least grill up the tortilla. It was raw, cold, tasteless and way to doughey. Just bad all around. The soda machine was that new touch screen. It had enough options. I mean it's a nice new store with a gas fireplace and that's why the 1 star but paleeeze..the food is terrible. I had to spit out cartilage . G R O S S I got the chicken chili which was so watery I asked if it was soup. The lady apologized and said she didn't dig deep enough and brought out a new cup. Even that had cartilage bits. Disgusting and what worse is I got up to refill my soda and go back to get my stuff to dump, I noticed a young female employee take a picture of my residual food on the tray that I wasn't going to eat and from behind her (she didn't know I was observing her)..I watched her on her cell.. focus..aim..and shoot where I had been sitting. I said "Really?"..she said.."umhm". What a freaking wierdo! I just left. Enough of that foolery. Recommend the chips and guacamole! The guacamole is made fresh, nice and chunky with red onion. It's my favorite and I get this instead of the potato rounds which I tell myself it's healthier. I always get their crisp bean burrito too. Usually a unsweetened ice tea but this visit was a water. Always quick prompt service and food always hot and flavorful. read more

I'm not from the area and therefore unfamiliar with Taco Time, therefore I was expecting something like Taco Bell. The overall feel was significantly nicer than that; cleaner business, better food, and it was pretty tasty. I looked all over the Internet regarding Veterans' Day recognition free meals and Taco Time was described to participate. I haven't been to a Taco Time restaurant for a very long time and I thought that I would try it out and reintroduce them to my resource list. After driving to the Edgewood Taco Time and waiting in the drive-through line I was informed that they did not have the Veterans' deal "this year". I thanked her, pulled out of line and went home. I think that it is wrong that Taco Time (Corporate headquarters) allows for accepting the respect and accolades on the Internet for honoring our veterans but actually do not. I wonder how many veterans followed the promise of a free meal in recognition of their service and then got stiffed. read more

I have to go here every time I'm home. It's my favorite place, always good food. I get a soft beef taco meal. The other favorite thing I love is the crips chicken burrito. So usually I go at least 2 times while I'm home for a visit. The mexi-tots are great with ranch. The service is always good too. read more

We were looking forward to Taco Time opening again in Milton and when we saw it open we headed there for Sunday Lunch. I will start with - it is a nice looking place with a fire place - that is both indoor and outdoor - you can sit outside in front of it to keep warm LOL. We were greeted and the lady at the counter was friendly - the food is typical tasting Taco Time so why a three star. First - background. We were dating in the 60's and started eating at Taco Time in about 1967. I have had Taco Burgers since then and to me it is the main meal - like a Big Mac at Mc D. My wife craved them in 1969 while awaiting the birth of our son and we had to drive almost a half hour each way 3-5 times a week to get them. Well this is a Corporate store and they do NOT server Taco Burgers. Most of the Franchisees do (there is one right down the street that is just as nice) and I feel they are not loyal to their old time customers. Their response was they don't sell enough and have to discard the buns. Perhaps since they stopped putting it on their menu is why they don't sell enough - just a thought. If you have no desire for the Taco Burger - this place is fine - but do you wish to support the Corporation - with no longtime customer loyalty apparently - (this store) or a local business (franchise) - down the street toward Costco. read more

Candi is the sweetest. I prefer her more than anyone else to ring me up. Everyone else is really friendly too. They always have my order out fast! Love stopping here for lunch. Really kind staff. No complaints of the quality of food. Their seasonal offerings are really good. Just tried the coconut shrimp Baja taco. It was really good! I'm a fan of their fish taco too. The whole staff is very friendly but a shout out to Candi because she always greets me by name. read more

Unfortunately, I'm taking this down to one star. I love taco time. But the only thing I can guarantee with this location, is that they will mess up my order. Not once has my order here been correct. Not one time. Just this past week, we were given someone else's entire order out of the drive thru. Had to drive around front to exchange it - only to receive no beef in our beef dishes once we got home. The time before that, we had to drive around front and go back in for the hot sauce (you can't eat taco time without plenty of hot sauce). Before that, we had a chicken taco instead of a beef taco. Before that, my friend didn't receive her soup while we were dining in and had to go to the counter and ask for it. While she was waiting, another woman came up who had been sitting in a booth before we placed our order.....she never received her food. Before that, I had a chicken Caesar wrap and there wasn't any chicken in it. The list goes on and on. While talking about this on our most recent order- we realized we have NEVER received the correct food from this place. NEVER. This was honestly funny up until the last visit. We laugh and wonder what will be in our bag when we get home. But now it's not so funny anymore. It's a hassle. For fast food, Taco Time is pricey. So having our order all sorts of messed up consistently is now starting to cost us in time and money. I end up just throwing away my food and forgetting it. After my last review - I went to the feedback link and haven't had any response from tacotime nw. I really would like this place to get their sh&$ together so we can enjoy taco time again. read more
