    Veggie fajitas

We had a fantastic time at Puerto Vallarta yesterday! The staff is so friendly and we went at the perfect time so it wasn't too busy. It did start too busy as we were leaving. The food was really good, as well. I appreciated the vegetarian items being labeled! Thanks to everyone there! I know we were kind of high maintenance, but we appreciate it.

When we arrived we were seated promptly. A server came our table and asked if we were ready and we asked them to give us a few minutes. They seemed pretty rude about it. We had ordered some margaritas and we wanted one salted and one with whipped cream, when it came out the salted and whipped cream was all in one and then the server proceeded to blame me and said didn't you want all that and I said no we specifically asked for one with salt and the other one with only whipped cream. She seemed to have an attitude towards us, we really just wanted to add whipped cream to the one that didn't we didn't ask them to remake it. The food was ok. It was all very big portions. I had the chicken mole and it wasn't the typical mole I am used to. It was definitely spicy. We had ordered a cheese quesadilla for my son on the kids menu and it was very hard. The cheese was not very good. Probably the worse thing was when we were leaving they were emptying out their septic tank or something. It was so disgusting and horrible to smell right after eating. I can't imagine anyone having an appetite when smelling that while entering the restaurant.

This Puerto Vallarta has a lot to top in my opinion as it took over Melaques which was the Mexican restaurant that was here for years before PV came. I have visited several times as it is one of few restaurants in Milton. Their poor service has been consistent here. If you plan to visit be prepared not to have your water filled, your order taken, or even chips brought to you for a while. Tonight specifically when we were having dinner we Sat in the bar. Waters were brought to us right away. My sister tried to grab her to place an order for drinks and she said she wouldn't be out server and they'll be by shortly. When she came about 10 minutes later she took our drinks and brought chips & salsa. My sister asked for beans as well. When she came to check back up about another 10 minutes later we had to ask for menus and follow back up about the beans. Eventually I placed my order and it came out 20-30 minutes later. By that time I was already full off my chips and salsa. As far as the food goes it was decent. Nothing authentic like I would wish. However, I have no complaints. Steak came out as I asked, food was hot and taste was okay. Overall not a restaurant that I look forward to visiting, hence the 3 start mainly rated for the food quality.

It's fine. I don't particularly enjoy the ambiance or the drinks but there have been some enjoyable meals. Not a "go to" for me.

Located right on top of the PJ bingo hall, Ms. Jane's Fine Dining completely blew us away. The location is incredibly convenient--it's close to the I-5 freeway, right off Pacific Highway, and situated near plenty of other local businesses in Fife. Inside, the ambiance strikes the perfect balance of elegance and homey comfort, complete with a cozy fireplace right in the middle and a great view of Pacific Highway. We visited for lunch and ordered the berry and goat cheese salad along with two orders of the fish and chips. The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation of each individual dish was stunning. They even serve water infused with fresh fruits, which was a beautiful, refreshing touch. The service was top-tier from start to finish. Everyone made us feel incredibly welcome the moment we walked in. The hostess even took us on a sweet, small tour of the place! Our food came out in a timely manner, and the staff was consistently attentive to our comfort. Overall, this is a beautiful place to take someone special. I highly recommend it for an intimate moment of celebration or any special occasion!

Ambiance is korean pocha/late night bar setting and they are open until 2am! There's limited seating during their busy hours so definitely come earlier if you can. Lots of parking outside. Everytime I visit here, I ALWAYS get the creamy bulgolgi udon. This dish is super unique and I've never seen it elsewhere. The sauce is so flavorful and pairs perfectly with the bouncy/chewy udon and well marinated bulgolgi. The pork belly kimchi udon is good as well if you like a spicy kick. We also ordered the half and half fried chicken (original and yangnyeom) and it was perfectly crispy and juicy on the inside! My friend enjoyed the spicy seafood stir fry which paired well with a bottle of soju but they also have lots of other drinks (nonalcoholic) to choose from! after a long night out or just for a casual lunch/dinner-- definitely a go to spot for me.

There were three types of wings that we ordered, but the only one I had was the honey garlic. The wings itself are a really good size, good crispiness, and decent flavor. You could miss this spot if you don't know that there is a stairway that goes down a level (hence the name Underground??)) Once you get down there, you get the vibe of a bar (on the low light side, but bright enough to see and enjoy your food, drink, and company). It does give karaoke bar vibe. The service was just ok. I had questions about the rice cake dishes which are basically teokkbokki, but I'm not sure why they don't put that on the menu. The person who took our order was fine but non descriptive with the dishes. The creamy rice cake looked like penne Alfredo upon coming out. The taste was fine, but since it wasn't described for me, I truly didn't know what was in it other than heavy cream (because that's what I was told). Other than the four star chicken, it was fine. Three stars.

Brunch, Special menus for holidays, dinner, cocktails, dessert-it has all been top notch. This is a gem. Menu changes regularly so there is always something fresh and new. Prices may seem a little high for the area but the food and drink justify it. On my most recent visit we got 2 appetizers, two entrees (one was steak with shrimp add on), 3 desserts, and 5 cocktails for $250 which was not outrageous. Portion sizes are great. Food is full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We have sat on the restaurant side a few times but normally sit in a booth on the bar side. There is also a small patio off the bar in good weather. Bartenders are friendly and engaging. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Only reason I knocked it a half star is the service on the bar side can be slow or feel forgotten about sometimes but it just depends on the time of day and if the bartender is having to do double duty or if they have dedicated wait staff in that area.

We were seated promptly; however, our waitress walked past our table at least four times without acknowledging us. We were just about ready to walk out when she finally stopped and said she would be with us shortly. Thankfully, the service after that was fantastic. She was very kind and genuine and checked on us regularly. We initially had trouble finding the famous mozzarella sticks on the menu. When we asked our waitress about them, she pointed them out on the seasonal menu although even she had a hard time finding them. Apparently, they had just received new menus, so at least we weren't the only ones who needed a map to find them. She let us know that the mozzarella sticks had recently changed. They aren't as large as they used to be, are now drizzled with hot honey, and come with a side of spicy marinara. They definitely had a kick, but they were delicious. Obviously, I can't compare them to the original version, but they absolutely lived up to the hype. I ordered the triple-pepperoni thin-crust pizza, which unfortunately fell flat. The edges were so badly burned that they were black, and the pizza was extremely greasy and didn't have much flavor. Somehow it managed to be both burned and underwhelming an impressive combination, just not in a good way. My dining partner ordered the lunch-special fettuccine Alfredo along with the French onion soup. He said the fettuccine Alfredo was fantastic and was very pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Overall, I would absolutely come back for the mozzarella sticks and to try some of the other menu items. Would I order the pizza again? Not a chance. That relationship ended before the check arrived.
