She just came over and introduced herself to me and was so professional. It was such a nice refreshing change for most the restaurants in town. She was be happy to be here as I was with my professional server/bartender Patrick. Great overall experience and service. Overall, i'm very pleased with the staff change and service that I have received from Patrick as well as Kayla, who is one of the other bartenders. Quite frankly this a fair value for all of the extras and extra service that I have received. I'm very happy that I have started frequently this place again and Holly recommend it! The food bear is amazing here, and as I indicated, obviously the service is above anybody's expected level and the ambience is clean, crisp and desirable! On the left side of the windows you'll see the Spanish names for the meats offered, the right side has the English names. Get the pastor (pork) and chicken, such good flavor! The "head" option is when they roast the whole head of the cow, not sure what that means exactly but I did try it one time, a little too far out of my comfort zone. The picnic tables out front offer cucumbers and radishes to cool down your mouth from the intense hot sauces (green and red), I avoid both cause they're a bit too much for me. The table also has onions and peppers which I load up on my tacos and pico de gallo. Don't forget to eat the sweet caramelized onion offered on each taco purchase!
