First off, service was amazing!! The ladies up front were so welcoming and sweet. We've never been to this establishment before, so we were surprised that we could watch them make our food and customize it similar to subway. The interior is super cute with plenty of seating and beautiful decorations. The food was sooo delicious. We got 3 horchatas, a large al pastor quesadilla, carne asada torta, and the flamin hot Cheeto burrito. The total came up to $50 which isn't bad at all considering everything was big enough to share! I love this place and will definitely return!!

I was out and about and didn't feel like cooking but wanted some good Mexican food. I decided to order the burrito bowl, which was very customizable! Much more than Chipotle or other places. It was a large portion and delicious too! There was plenty of seating inside, but I just picked it up to go. Will definitely come back to try more things!

Food is fresh, you pick what you like and they give you plenty. Skip the commercial spots and try this homemade goodness.

This is the place to go when you want to dine in or carry out. The food is fresh, you pick the proteins & veggie's. For the price you pay they fill the containers full. Skip the commercial spots and give them a try. The next best thing to home cooking. Help keep a small business open.

Tacochela's lamb tacos are BAE!!! Unctuous, fall of the bone lamb simmered in a sauce that allows the meat to be the star, paired with simple cilantro y cebolla (cilantro + onion) with a hint of lime, and you e got the perfect bite. The beans and the rice are humbly comforting, and a great accompaniment to the tacos. I've also had their Elotes and they're actually quite fantastic, so you have that option too. And in addition to the myriad of flavors of Jarritos (Tamarindo, Lime and Guava being my favorite), their Horchato is very good too! Good eats, for sure!

Decided to try out Tacochela recently and it was pretty good overall. It's fast causal service and like chipotle create your own bowl, taco, or burrito. I had the grilled tilapia burrito bowl. The fish was made to order which is great! The beef, pork, and chicken were already made and in the holding warmers. They did not look that great. I also tried the Mexican fries and they were delicious! That was the first time I've had tajin on fries and it was a hit!! The agua fresca limeade was good and horchata was even better. The churros come in 2 per order and were okay. The store was clean, bright, and staff was inviting.

A good place to come hungry! Visited my sister at work and my dad and I were looking for late lunch and ended up here. It is build your own, like Chipotle. I love how colorful and fun it looks in here. I got a burrito with the veggie filling, which is sweet potato and mushroom, two of my faves! I did feel bad because the lady misunderstood me saying "vegan filling" and thought I said chicken. Luckily my dad wanted chicken so he had mine! I had guac on mine, rice and black beans, red medium salsa, cabbage, and lettuce. My dad had a chicken and rice bowl with black beans, hot salsa, and cilantro. We also shared chips which were really good and I had mild salsa and queso with it. The burrito was massive but good. Not outrageously priced either.

I thought the food here was great. The menu is a bit overwhelming with options but I had spotted some birria tacos on google reviews and wanted to give that a try. Overall I'd say I was not let down. Ended up doing 4 birria tacos and it comes served with a side of dipping meat stew / soup that you can dunk for each bite. While the exterior probably could've been crispier, it was still a delicious bite. My wife had grabbed a burrito and a taco as well. What's nice is that it's setup Chipotle line style where you can pick out your meats and fillings/toppings. Overall the quality of ingredients is much better and you won't be disappointed the selection of different fresh salsas and beverages (horchatas, mexican cokes, etc.). I think the only thing I can note is that the staff running is a bit lean. While we were the only ones there initially, the place got hit with a dinner rush of guests which created a decent line. Anyhow, pretty great spot. Will definitely be back again! 'Til next time, cheers!

We ordered the burrito and a customized bowl! So delicious!! The elote was real and not from the can, so that says a lot! It was so filling and the food tasted like home! We ate the food so fast we forgot to take a picture but the horchata was BOMB! One of the best I've ever had!

The sauces were good. Unfortunately we found bones in the chicken in the tacos and burritos we ordered which ruined our experience.

The prices were okay ($35 for two burritos, chips & salsa, a fountain drink and a bottled sparkling water). My husband got a fountain drink which was self serve, and there was no ice in the machine, and of the multiple types of soda he tried to get, they were all just regular soda water instead of coke, Fanta, etc. except for the sprite so that's what he got. I got a topo chico, and I had to grab mine out of a drink fridge, and the fridge wasn't really cold so my water was just slightly cooler than room temp. The bottle required an opener to get the bottle cap off, and i had to ask for one to open it. The chips and salsa were just okay. The chips were a little stale, and the salsa was a little watery for my preference. Our burritos were good and came quickly, but I can't say I'd be back. For the quality of the experience, I'd expect to pay about half of what I ultimately did.

I ordered the enchilada dinner and my boyfriend ordered the burrito dinner. When I arrived, the lights were off and the door was locked. I panicked a bit since I had already paid online. Finally, a lady came and opened the door. She knew about my order, but she didn't speak any English. Luckily I speak Spanish, but if I didn't, I wouldn't have been able to communicate. After she let me in, she started making my order. While I was sitting there, it was cold and smelled a bit like cigarettes. At least she was friendly and I didn't wait too long. The food was good! Steak was a bit dry but had good flavor. Not sure if this is a typical experience or if it was because it was snowing a lot.

We had a reservation and were seated right away. Our server was super attentive. I ordered the cucumber margarita which I thought was a 10/10. Very refreshing and you could definitely taste the alcohol. I then tried the mango one which was also good but the cucumber one was better. I was bummed to not see cochinita pibil on their menu as I could've sworn I had seen it on another Yelp review. I ended up ordering two tinga tacos with rice and beans. The tacos were good but the rice and beans were just meh. The rice was bland and the beans tasted like frito lay bean dip. Their chips were freshly made which make them taste that much better. Their guacamole and salsa were both super yummy! I recommend both! The ambiance was there especially once the dj showed up and started playing all the jams. I look forward to going back and possibly try something different from their menu. Overall, I recommend trying this place out!
