Tacos were good, but the music is too loud. Kinda have to yell your order and trying to figure out who's order is up was a challenge. Had to read the receipt in the server's hand to figure out who's it was. Maybe turn the music down some...make it more inviting and comfortable for the locals. It may also be a CAL-OSHA concern if your employees file workman's compensation claim they lost their hearing $$$$. read more

10/10 this place has wonderful customer service. Most places force you to tip and have mediocre service, but the employees are so kind and friendly they deserve to be tipped. They offer samples of the meat which was extremely helpful when making our choice because asada is my go to but the pastor was amazing from the color to the seasoning sooo good! I am not a big fan of beans but their beans were so good! We traveled 15 minutes to eat the food at home and the beans were still hot and smoking! We went ahead and ordered catering for this weekend because the food was great! read more

This place is amazing ! Not only the employees go beyond an extraordinary service the food is outstanding for once I had tacos with enough guacamole without asking; the minute you walk in the door they greet you with a very sincere welcome, the place is super clean constantly I saw employees cleaning after customers left. As far as the food the carne asada tacos Taste it just like the ones in Mexico without the hassle of crossing the border, they put the steaks on a "REAL GRILL" for that unique charcoal taste MMMMM! If you crave the adobada meat a revolving rotisserie just Like in Mexico cooks the meat with the juice dripping for a super flavor on the tacos. For the vegetarian folks they have hibiscus tacos which are "superb" I had all 3 and give it a 5 star rating. If you want the best tacos in LA you have to come down to this place. They also have tortas which my wife had and she was amazed all servings were pack with meat and of course guacamole which was super fresh. I also ordered the hibiscus agua fresca & horchata for my wife & was better than other places which add artificial flavors. I can't rave enough about this place you won't be disappointed. If you find a better place please let me know because I used to drive to Mexico just for the tacos. read more

Wow! Excellent place for tacos, burritos, tortas, and other excellent food. We had been looking for a place like this for a long time. This was our first time here and it did not disappoint. I got the asada torta and my wife got the asada chips. We got some diet Pepsi for the drinks. My torta was fantastic. The meat was well flavored and diced into small pieces. There was plenty of it in the torta. The bread...oh my goodness, it was very light and buttery. And despite that it was thin, it DID NOT fall apart like at other places. That is one of my gripes with other places. I loathe when the bread is either dry or falls apart. Not here. I'd even eat the bread by itself! My wife's asada chips were equally tasty. They had plenty of meat and the guacamole was authentic. The cheese, sour cream, and salsa provided an excellent blending of flavors. Our whole reaction was "mmmm" and "wow" as we ate. The diet Pepsi was nice and cold; the mixture was nicely balanced. This may not matter to some people, but when my drink is sub par, it kinda takes away from the whole experience. We ate outside and even though it was a bit breezy, it was still enjoyable. Another plus is that they are doggy friendly. We don't have pets, but appreciated that they had bowls of water near the front entrance and a couple of others at the edges of the outside dining area. Inside there is a long counter with stools. After we ate we felt compelled to go back in and offer our compliments; this is something we rarely do. The young man at the register brought his attention to us and asked how our meal was. We let him know how delicious it was and told him how this place was better than a lot of places we had been to recently. He thanked us and told us he hoped he'd see us again. Definitely. After, we spoke to one of the other cooks, Angel, who also asked us how our meal was. We spoke to him a bit and again complimented their food. He was very gracious in receiving our praise. We told him what we had ordered and he recommended their burritos. Well, we took a burrito to go and it was just as good as everything else. We got asada and adobada meat. Delicious. We will definitely return and look forward to trying their other foods. And if the staff of Taco Maza is reading this, please don't change anything. The food is just too good to change. This place was so awesome! Walked in for the first time, immediately was greeted, and was offered a sample of all 3 meats they offered. My favorite was of course the adobada. I ordered two mulitas. While I was waiting for my order off to the side, I was then offered water. The service here is AMAZING! Shout out to Melanie. She by far made the experience here the best. I ate my food outside, and they even had little water bottles in an ice cart for the customers. What a great place! Will definitely come back! read more
