You can never go wrong with comfort food! Burritos are definitely in my top choice of comfort food and I had the privilege of visiting Tacoria and it's grand opening week! Make sure you come at a time that parking is not busy, it was difficult to find parking, but is the food made it worth it in my opinion. My favorite part of any Mexican food restaurant is the sauce bar and Tacoria definitely did it justice. There were so many options to choice from both in your food and on the side. The outside and inside of the location look very trendy! Perfect for the cute Instagram pictures or just fun with friends. I got a cocoa on the side, in a glass bottle which always makes it better. But as I was leaving I saw they had Mexican Coke! I will definitely be back to try that as well. The chips were fresh, hot, and crispy. Amazing pairing to the endless sauces provide! The stuff was helpful and cheerful especially for coming on a Monday afternoon which I appreciate. The one thing I recommend for the business is to just add a little bit more meat in your meals, the rice was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I would have just like a bit more of the beef taste. I will definitely be back with friends!

It's amazing! The meat was flavorful and I got the carne asada and loved the sauces. I got the burrito box and service was good.

Tacoria is 5 in my book. Better than any of the other chain Mexican (Qdoba, Chipotle, etc) the food always tastes soooo fresh and made in house. Not shipping frozen on a truck. Their flavors are hands down the best. I am never disappointed anytime I go.

Very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere and sitting area. Definitely a cool place to stop by with delicious food. The Tacos were great and I definitely look forward to going back. Lots of IG photo friendly areas to get in great pics of your delicious day out!

The horchata was delicious ands that's all. Maybe I'm just not a fan of their style of food, like their sauce for the nachos or the texture and burnt edges of their tortilla chips. Tacos were basic. The self-serve utensils and sauces and such were adequate and the back area was nice enough, but with all the competition out there, this place having such high reviews is surprising.

I was craving tacos after my road trip, so I decided to get takeout. Super easy and convenient online ordering portal and short pickup time. It took me longer than I wanted to find parking (street), but my order was bagged and ready to go when I walked up. It is a small shop with the to go orders ready to go at the front. These tacos were super flavorful, juicy, and overall delicious! The pollo tinga has a little kick to it, and the pineapple on top of the Al pastor adds just the right amount of sweetness. The tacos might seem small, but the portion of meat is very generous. I will be back to try other menu items!

TLDR: A pretty consistent spot similar to Chipotle but at least a few steps better. I'll continue getting the nachos and bowls when Im in the area. My girlfriend and I shared the full order of the carne asada nachos. The dish is loaded with layers of melted cheese, crema, mole, tender chunks of beef, beans, fat slices of jalapeño, and strangely enough carrots. Two points set these nachos apart for me: the toppings are layered, and the chips are fried extra crisp - they hold up against the toppings! This was a great meal to share. Ive tried a number of other items as well. Most of the foods are similar to chipotle, but slightly better quality. It is a little more expensive though. Tip: in the New Brunswick spot the back of the restaurant opens up into a fun greenhouse-like seating area

YUM. One of the better burrito's I've had in a while! I had the corn and a steak burrito. The corn was fresh, not too overcooked, and flavored well. The Spicy Aioli that was on it could've been a bit more spicy, but had great flavor. For the burrito, I enjoyed the fact that they used a flavored mexican rice vs. plain white/brown rice. It really gave the burrito more flavor overall. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender, and their guac was also well flavored. I also liked that they grilled the burrito as it added a nice texture. Their chips are the thicker deep fried chips which aren't usually my favorite, as they tend to be greasier.

I had a really pleasant experience at the Piscataway location, and this one didn't disappoint. The staff was really kind and the service was quick. The food was very filling. I got the golden avocado burrito and enjoyed it with the sauces. Pro tip- try all the sauces. They really make the meal!

Great fast casual Mexican place in town with fresh ingredients. Can't always guarantee there will be space to sit so probably best if you get it to go. I got their salad and love their little pineapple sauce dressing of sorts, so unique and refreshing. Also, you wouldn't believe it but the Brussels sprouts are to die for. Overall, great quick lunch place for a filling meal and a great Princeton staple!

If you've never parked in New Brunswick try circling around a few times and if you don't have any luck with the meters you might have to pay for one of the decks, fortunately there was one right around the corner from this place. When I came in I already knew what I wanted to try, The namesake menu item that has been pretty popular lately. There were a few tables downstairs, and there was a stairwell upstairs that I never ventured up. The few times I visited here I've always found first four seating and never felt the need to see what was up the stairs. The tacos came out a little while after ordering and they looked really good. I think this was my first time consciously trying Iberia tacos and they were very good. I might not be the best person to judge this is I've never had other ones. But I was satisfied with what I had and the broth that it was served with was delicious. I have been back since, and will likely be back again. I understand places get busy but management at FC has to be really clueless when it comes to "switching on" the availability on those platforms. Every time I call to ask if they deliver, I usually get a sarcastic response like yea duh of course we do but again staff is totally clueless that they haven't made themselves available on the platform. I wonder how much these guys are losing on deliveries or maybe this is a subtle hint that they don't want to deal with it because they're taking a loss on Postmates, Uber Eats, and Doordash. I can't be the only one experiencing this. To management: if you guys don't want to deal with these delivery services, cancel them and stop misleading people that you deliver. If you decide to keep them, talk to your account manager at said platforms and educate yourselves and your staff on how to use them so you can be more profitable in the delivery space. It's tough out there and it would be a shame if you guys lose business and the other Mexican spot in the neighborhood closes you out because they have staff that stays on top of operations. I'm done trying to give this place business and reminding them to update their availability.
