I could not be happier to finally find a spot to replace my previous favorite (Sharky's) which has been long gone from OC and is now only in LA unfortunately. I know why restaurants use cheap, poor quality dark meat but I don't know why people prefer dark meat over white meat. It's gross and does not taste any better and you get gross gooey bits. LA Tia uses clean, marinated, high quality chicken breast and it will make me a recurring customer! I've already been coming each week and as long as everything stays consistent, I will be a longtime customer. My only small critique, although not a complaint, is that it would be nice if theh could add a few more chips to their meals. Sometimes they are a bit sparse and it would be nice to get some more. Now let's compare this with the overrated and over hyped Crapotle.
