I could not be happier to finally find a spot to replace my previous favorite (Sharky's) which has been long gone from OC and is now only in LA unfortunately. I know why restaurants use cheap, poor quality dark meat but I don't know why people prefer dark meat over white meat. It's gross and does not taste any better and you get gross gooey bits. LA Tia uses clean, marinated, high quality chicken breast and it will make me a recurring customer!
