If you love tacos - this is a Must visit spot! This place is an absolute gem. It has a fun and welcoming vibe, but the food is outstanding. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors and perfectly made. This is officially my go-to spot - highly recommend!

Too soon for a second review?…read more I think NOT! Seriously. This place slaps!!! Staff, food, atmosphere!!! All an absolute pleasure. I was craving this place since my last trip up here and the whole ride up. 4 hours of torture and let me tell you. Bartaco, you folks were on point!!! Nothing on the menu disappointed. Keep it up and look forward to checking you guys out again! Port Chester location, I'm coming to you next!!! I'm expecting to be blown away!!! Two big thumbs up here!!!

When a full-on DJ came on around 8pm, I was definitely caught off guard, but it added to the energy. My only issue was the waiting system. Putting your name on a list while people monopolize the bar isn't ideal, but we made the most of it. We were quoted a 30-minute wait and did have to apply a little pressure to finally get seated. While waiting, I grabbed margaritas at the bar, and wow--the bartenders are extremely talented. They freshly squeezed the limes and handcrafted each drink. Very professional, and honestly the best margaritas I've had in the States. The food was rockstar-level, and the menu is very price-friendly. One thing to note: you have to order everything at once, so keep that in mind. Once the food hits the table, you likely won't see your server again until the bill. That said, the ceviche was top-tier, and the Korean beef bowl was splendid. Do not skip the plantains with the cilantro sauce on the side you won't be disappointed! Overall, this is a great date-night spot. Expect a wait, but it's well worth it.

We walked in to Citrus & Salt on a Monday evening and were seated right away. The ambiance and…read moredecor were very lively - we felt like we were in Miami. I had been craving fish tacos for a really long time, and I was delighted to find a whole section of the menu dedicated to them. We started off with margaritas - one of the best companions to fish tacos - and I ordered mine spicy with jalapeño. For food, we shared the lobster empanadas and chorizo and potato taquitos. I ordered the tempura fish tacos for myself. Our margaritas were brought out shortly - mine was refreshing but lacked the kick from the jalapeño that I was hoping for (there was only one thin slice of pepper). Our food was brought out shortly, and I found it a bit overwhelming when our appetizers and tacos came out together. I started with my tacos, and these were excellent. The fish was flaky and fried to perfection, and I loved the rainbow of sauces and toppings. Plus, the tortillas were nice and sturdy and didn't tear. The lobster empanadas were super decadent, and I appreciated the substantial amount of lobster stuffed inside. I was too full to eat much of the taquitos but took a few bites. These also had good flavor but weren't standouts. Next time, I'd just get the tacos and maybe a light app. Towards the end of our visit, the restaurant seemed to clear out, and we had a difficult time trying to locate our server for the bill. Overall, we had a nice meal and satisfied the fish taco craving.

The Seaport space is just as stunning--decked out in pink, super aesthetic, and definitely a fun, photo-worthy vibe. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to expectations. For drinks, I ordered a pitcher margarita with jalapeño, and it was disappointing. It didn't taste fresh and came across more like artificial jalapeño flavoring rather than real infusion--and it wasn't spicy at all. For food, we ordered a variety of small plates to share. Everything was decent, but nothing really stood out. It felt a bit underwhelming compared to the atmosphere. The biggest issue was the service. It was very slow throughout the night, and getting the check was especially frustrating--it took about 30 minutes, and we had to ask multiple times before finally receiving it. Overall, the ambiance is beautiful and perfect for a celebration, but the drinks and service didn't match the vibe. Hoping this was just an off night.

The best bite.was the queso fundido served in a mini cast iron skillet. It.gives the cheese a crispness that we wish more more Mexican restaurants would offer. Service was attentive and accurate. That was fine except the trainer wasn't listening to our conversation nor the trainees. We asked for coffee and they said they don't have coffee yet they serve breakfast and coffee was in their menu. This was the waitress speaking. We ordered guac and chips. Guac was fine just needed salt. Chips were made there and stale. The salsa tasted like store bought salsa and we asked for spicy salsa and they brought Cholula. Boo. They came back a few minutes later snd said e could order spicy mango habanero salsa for an up-charge. We said no. I ordered steak and shrimp fajitas. There were 3 slices of peppers and 5 slices of onions as the vegetables. The steak was not seasoned and the beans tasted like canned beans. My wife ordered carnitas tacos. They were terrible. No flavor, super dry, and the corn tortillas were old and crumbly. Ambiance was TexMex with a bit of southern cali but the food tasted like Jim Bobs TexMex. They were trying to beat Bobby Flay and ended up beating themselves. We did complain about the food quality and NOTHING was done or suggested. We even said give us something else and they just looked at us. We paid and left without finishing our food. They even said this was the new menu. So sad. To bad.

Unfortunately service is a make or break at a restaurant like this because Mexican food is extremely common and the prices were steep. We came in at 5pm and tables were plenty open, the hostess had us wait five minutes while she searched for tables even though the restaurant was 90% empty. Ok, benefit of the doubt they had a lot of reservations. Complimentary salsa and chips but my party was five people (two of which were males) and it was impossible to track down our wait for a chip refill. Angry face emoji. On the premise of food, yes I ordered fried rice and cheeseburger at a Mexican restaurant, SUE ME. But the fried rice was glorified dirty rice with an egg on top, surprisingly very much enjoyed it. Burger, wasn't wowed. And then the tacos were just tacos, good. Hard to mess up when you are a Mexican restaurant. Although there was a huge selection of proteins and our waiter was zero help in dwindling our options. I wouldn't come back because I feel like it wasn't special. On the positive side, place is modern, clean, and vibes good. Great for a date
