We got the San Francisco Fettuccine and the Pesto Gnocchi. The wait is a bit on the longer side, but it's probably because they have to cook the pasta. The San Francisco Fettuccine is saucy, flavorful, and includes a lot of ham. The Pesto Gnocchi is also saucy and well cooked. Both portions are big (we saved some for another meal). It can get a little salty, but the pastas come with some bread, which helps break up the flavor. Folks should give Made In Italy a try. They have a lot more pasta options that I'm looking forward to trying soon. As far as pasta from a truck goes, this is one of the best.

I suggested trying here and the line was relatively short with only four people ahead of us for the line to the order stations. There are two iPad screens and a gentleman on the counter would occasionally accept order from the waiting customers in line. We used the right iPad and ordered a burrito to share. Quick service and I loved the vibe of the seating areas around the food trucks, even got to watch the 49ers game that was going on!
