When paying by phone/card, the machine apparently allows a percentage tip to be added, but he did not tell me about it or show me the screen before completing the transaction. Instead, he appeared to select the tip percentage himself. That is not how tipping should work. Customers should be shown the total and the tip options and be allowed to decide for themselves what, if anything, they want to tip. Once the transaction is completed, it's too late to make that choice.

The rice in the burrito was undercooked. Some part of the grain was crunchy, but my boyfriend didn't notice it. I think I'll give this place another try.
