I went with one of my classic favs -- the bison burger with fries. And it was Burger Tuesday, so it was $5 off, yay! I was sitting at the bar and the bartender was handling everyone's orders efficiently. I forgot his name, but he was a nice older guy. It was nice to see what the original location looks like, and it truly is a nice layout. I'd return, but I'm hoping the location near my house returns sooner than later :).
