The food was absolutely delicious and the selection was amazing. If I'm being honest I was expecting a traditional catered style taco bar. That was not it at all they brought their truck set up shop had a versatile venue with availability for all pallets and children as well. Pescitarian and Vegetarian options too. The shrimp tacos I feel were the highlight of the selection. The lady taking our orders was friendly efficient and friendly and the food got out quick especially considering the orders were custom to each person. At the end of the regular food service they also made a seafood noodles dish that they personally walked around and offered to all the people enjoying the festivities. I cannot recommend getting in contact with this business for your next event or catering needs. I would utilize them time and time again. Also has solidified that I will visit their physical location if their catered truck showing was this awesome. I only have one regret and that was I didn't take a picture of the food and the set up to include in this review.
