Went to the taco truck on Broadway for an easy meal and man was this place good. Definitely want to go to their restaurant now. I had a California burrito and a birria hardshell taco and it was amazing. I was super happy with the food. Everyone in our group also very happy with their food. Quality and flavor was awesome. We had a large order and part of our order we took home was wrong. It was a bummer for two people in our party. We tried this taco truck yesterday after several people recommended we try this place. It was raining so it was not busy - we got lucky because according to the reviews, the line & wait time can be long. They accept cash or credit cards (cc) which is convenient. Food: I ordered 2 tacos de tripa, 1 lengua, 1 asada and 1 chorizo. The asada taco was not included. The tripa and lengua were really good. The tripa was nice and crispy. The chorizo was not good - the chorizo had a mushy texture that grossed me out - this tacos had refried beans under the chorizo but the chorizo itself was not cooked long enough. Their green and red salsas have a really good flavor which is important with tacos/burritos. We preferred the flavor of the green salsa. They provide radishes, a slice of lime (would be better if it was 2-3 slices), grilled onions & grilled green peppers with every order and that was a plus. My family ordered asada fries, 2 asada mulitas, 2 asada burritos. The fries were delicious. The mulitas we got were wrong, they made them with birria instead of asada. The burritos were also wrong, they gave us birria burritos and we ordered al pastor (adobada). Our receipt shows we were charged $15 for one of the burritos and it was listed as a "special burrito order" but both burritos were ordered exactly the same. After my son and husband started to eat their burritos, they realized they were indeed exactly the same but with birria. We aren't big on birria and yet we seemed to get everything we ordered with birria after we didn't order a single item with birria. The food was good but we didn't get what we paid for. Check your orders before you drive away - I was disappointed but was not willing to drive back in the rain. They weren't busy and they got our order wrong so I can't imagine a busy day. read more

We tried to go by for some dinner but the parking lot vibe was off and after seeing a strung out lady dash in front of our car, we decided to leave before things got any weirder. Where there are addicts looking to score...who knows what else you might find. I was excited to try the food but had my kids with me and decided not to try my luck by staying. I tried to enjoy a nice dinner with my boyfriend recently and we could not enjoy our dinner in peace someone in the restaurant was using a loud power drill it stopped and kept going off the waitress clearly noticed the noise and didn't tell the person to stop. My boyfriend works with power tools everyday for his job and this is the last thing he wants to hear when he is trying to enjoy a peaceful dinner. A very disappointing dinner and the staff should be considerate of customers eating in the restaurant when using loud power tools. I hope the owners and managers address this issue. read more

Let's start with the service. The waitress was very friendly and constantly checked in on us. The chips were hot and crunchy and the salsa had just the right amount of spiciness (it's spicy so be careful). My daughter had carne asada tacos and she loved them. I had the mulitas and an Al Pastor taco. The Al Pastor taco was one of the best I've ever had. The birria on the mulitas were perfectly cooked and had great flavor. This is my new favorite taco spot in town. Highly recommend it! read more

Good Evening! My familia and I just got done working and we are really hungry! So we are driving down Broadway here in Santa Maria and we see Sinaloa Tacos Truck! Smells amazing and looks great! We approach the truck to order and the young lady was slightly ready but was quick to get us going. I asked her a direct question about their pastor and she stated it was one of the only meats that she gets herself. So I take her word for it and order 2 Burritos with half Asada and half pastor. Sad to say for the 1st thing opening their bag was only 3 salsas! However, after the 1st few bites I was hooked with the Asada and Pastor mixture! Excellent! I highly recommend this delicious mixture in a burrito and I'm very sure in Tacos & Tortas! And to top it of with a glassed Cola Cola! This puts the icing rite on the cake! 5 stars for me! Just dont forget to ask your customers how many salsas would you like and what kind! It's not just quality of food but also service! Great Job! read more

The food is top tier. They put a lot of effort to make every order the best. Not only is their food great but they also have great service.

This is probably the best taco truck I've ever tried. The food is flavorful, portions are good for the price, the family that runs it is cool too. The mulitas, burritos, quesadillas and tacos dorados are my go to. Every person I've brought here loves it. Some of the people even drive 30+ min to come here now, so it's worth it. Went to the Tacos Sinaloa food truck at night, order and noticed that they only took cash. We didn't have any cash so we drove to get cash out of an ATM. Came back ordered, and when we got home realized our burrito was missing. We went back to ask if the burrito was added to our tab and the guy taking orders asked for our bag of food. (Mind you it was 11:30pm at night) we didn't bring the bag of food with us because we didn't want the rest of our food to get cold, and the guy literally assumed we were trying to rip them off a burrito. We literally drove all the way to an ATM, came back, spent over $40 just to try them out for the first time AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS? Not only was he saying the burrito was in the bag (which it was not, trust me I wouldn't go out of my way at 11:30pm just to get a free burrito) he was really rude. They did eventually make the burrito but I would of much rather had my money back at that point because IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. I will not be going back! But I will leave you with a positive note: the tacos were good, hot dog was crap, burrito was missing literally and missing flavor.
