1st time trying this place after mixed reviews. Just as the reviews said, 2 cars in the drive thru and a 22 minute wait. Not cool. Again just like the reviews said, my order was wrong. They added rice and beans to my taco combos when I asked for "papas". My drinks were wrong and they didn't give me my chicken burrito and I had to go back. Here's the worst part. I'm sitting here dying from food poisoning. The carne asada fries looked amazing. Extremely overpriced but quality costs. So I thought. About 3 hours later I felt nauseous and feverish. I took a nap thinking it would help. Woke up in a cold sweat, stomach cramping, and vomiting like crazy. I missed work today and spent all day in bed trying to recover. Ordered the carnitas nachos and 4 al pastor tacos. The tacos were ok but the nachos were snack bar food and they were pretty sad looking. My girlfriend and i gave this place a second chance because we used to eat at the food truck all the time and unfortunately will not be going back. It really seems like the owners are going for quantity of locations instead of quality of food. It sucks to see then quality food go down the drain. Everything they once had on the menu is off, only meat they have is asada and asada. No more chorizo, no more lemonade, no more pico de gallo, no radish. The asada tacos were super yummy and delicious and the quesabirria was AMAZING. We mistook the red salsa for consommé (which turns out we never got) and the red salsa will burn your ass off, literally I saw God. Also forgot to give us our drinks, so we had to go back for it. Their quality has truly gone down since they opened as only a mobile food truck. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but each time, they disappoint. This past week, my hubby and I ordered 2 orders of the nacho fries with meat. Our total came to $30+. I wish I had taken a picture because the portion sizes for the cost was way too small. They forgot to add the cilantro and onions and we didn't know that till we were all the way home and it wasn't worth going all the way back. We asked for the nacho cheese on the side and the cheese was very clumpy and the taste was way off. We ended up having to cut and add our own cilantro and onions and open a can of our own cheese at home for $30!! First, this is partially Mi Ranchito's fault for being closed by 7:00 even though it says 10:00 on their online info. So we went to Tacos El Superior. We ordered the quesabirra combo, carne asada tacos and nachos with only beans and queso fresco. La Chona was playing in the lobby (one star). The carne asada tacos were loaded with steak and good (one star). They left the beans out of the combo. I live too far to go back for frijoles but when you pay for something, you expect to get it. The biggest issue was the chips with beans and queso fresco. They charged for an order of nachos, held the cheese sauce, add 1.75 for beans and .75 for queso fresco. Today April 24th 2025. A carne asada burrito; light beans light rice was the goal. What did I receive? 1/2Lb of beans and 1/2Lb of rice rolled into a flour tortilla. After biting into it there was a close race for 1st and 2nd place, I could taste more beans and rice than anything. 3rd plce was the tortilla and then in 4rth place was the onion. I almost chipped a tooth twice on some hard chunks of solidified fat. Halfway through I decided to open the burrito in hopes that maybe all the meat could be at the bottom but hopes is all it was. A smear of meat so light that it was never noticeable in any bite. My hunger was so great all I could do is chew in disappointment. I have found more meat in 1 small street taco; as a matter of fact, There is More Meat in a Bean and Cheese Burrito from Del Taco than the burrito I received tonight from " Tacos El Superior" I guess it's not called Burritos El Superior for a reason and tonight I found that reason. The worst part of it all is that My spouse asked me if I wanted anything to eat before coming home and I said "A Burrito!" When I was asked how it was I said horrible, that set off a spark and ruined my night. I should have driven back to the location and showed them the tragedy they call a burrito but the distance. time and hunger overshadowed that option. I went to Tacos El Superior in Lancaster today to check out all the hype of this Taco business. I love food I'm a foodie I will follow good food anywhere this was a had to try. Two drinks and four tacos that were $14 in total. The gal gave me the bag and it was so little when I reach for my taco they were miniature Bitesize tacos. Very disappointed in the size of tacos.. they are bitesized tacos. The quality of the meats was very upsetting. IDK if this was carme asada or what. The tacos had no flavor and dry. The food was really good, but the service was horrible I ordered two tacos rice beans waited, waited 30 min then told them I was on my lunch break which was 1 pm told them to change the rice and beans to fries because of them taking so long I couldn't sit and eat. I asked for horchata but they said they didn't have some at the moment. The cashier asked me if I wanted pineapple in my al pastor meat and I said "no." Well they added the chunks of pineapple in my burrito anyway. The quality of food wasn't great. I got the burrito and the tortilla was stale, oil dripping, and the meat had no flavor.
