The food is always good and decent price but something is seriously wrong with the avenue K location. They'll literally have you waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes. The last 2 times i went, they even had me pull over away from the window to wait. The taco stands are way faster than this. Why does it take so long to provide food? i was literally the only person in the drive through for 15 out of the 20 minutes. I waited 25 minutes a few months ago also and was late to work. Seems like every time I've went here it takes a long time to get my food. Went in today and ordered off the kiosk. When I ordered I was the only one in there. About 5 min after I ordered a couple came in and ordered. With in 5 min they got their food while I was going on 10 min of waiting. I didn't think much of it before but now I'm positive if you are a Gringo you get pushed to back of the line. So it's safe to say I will never be going back, it's ok because there's so many better taco places to go to anyways. read more

First and foremost the pricing on the advertisement on the window is different from the menu inside. They open at 10, I ordered my food at 10:17 at 10:30 I went to check on the counter to see if the food was ready and the sopes were chilling in the fryer basket, there were only 3 people working and the drive thru was busy. At 10:35 I walked back up and they had just started to assemble the food and a new worker that had recently showed up was putting beans on the line. The food was cold. The champurrado wasn't fresh and was cold. I wanted to try this place out because I've seen "CONCRETE" at the restaurant in some videos and thought it'd be good. In my opinion if a restaurant opens at a specific time everything is supposed to be ready, up and running to serve. Maybe new management is needed? Or a better leader? Worst sopes ever. The wait in the drive thru is ridiculous for the quality of food being served. The sopes were so hard we had to eat the toppings with a fork, our dogs didn't even want that crap. Whyyyyy is the wait so long for stale damn near cold food?? It should be piping hot for the gas being wasting in line. I went ahead and DID NOT take her up on this so the second try wouldn't have any bias. I got a #1 combo of 3 asada tacos with rice and beans and a single quesabirria. Asada Tacos 8.8/10 Much much better than the first time. The meat was juicy and tender and savory and mixed with the red salsa a nice flavor filled spicy taco that was absolutely delicious. The rice 10/10 The rice here is the best you'll have and got even better than the last time I had it The beans 7/10 Beans are pretty simple nothing really special The Quesabirria 9.4/10 Wow. This is fantastic. Best birria I've had mixed with a slightly crispy quesadilla that's loaded with cheese and meat. VERY satisfied with this visit and will be coming back again! Way over-hyped, food is mediocre and they are extremely slow. Took over 20 min to get our order from the moment we ordered to when we received our food. There was only one other car in front and lobby was closed so idk why it took so long. Couldn't leave because we had paid so we waited 20 min total at the pay window. The car in front waiting 20 min at the receiver window so it wasn't busy. I wanted a burrito but they were out of beans so I got the most disappointing carne asada quesadilla. I ordered lime and sautéed onions and I got no lime and burnt crispy onions! I couldn't believe they served that because they were burnt to the point I had no clue what it was. Non-edible. Their food is not good. Their rice is salty, their meat is fatty. The service is TERRIBLE. Asked for extra rice no beans and they gave me a little rice and extra beans. And they literally scooped the beans into the big part of the container so my tacos wrapped in foil are just sitting on a pool of beans. The people that work there aren't very nice either. I'm taking away my star. If you only buy one taco, you have to pay for a salsa! (I got an order of meat fries and intended to add a taco before y'all try to come for me). It's bad enough the salsa cups are so small ‍. I guess I am a saucy girl and I am always prepared to pay extra but one taco=no salsa is insane to me. This business has lost its ever loving mind. First and foremost the service was average,not superior as hence the name of the establishment.The service has potential to speed up tad bit.I understand they're new to this location but they've been selling out of a taco truck for quite some time,so dial it in with the experienced employees. I will give my honest opinion,no bias.The chicken burrito I ordered was a mini version of an authentic Mexican burrito.I understand the timeframe it takes in ingredients,overhead,but the size?I also grade the flavor of the chicken was a 5/10.They have room to change the marinade,seasoning,spice or whatever means they use.The sauces were a decent flavor. I found this place because we needed to charge the car on the way to Mammoth and the supercharger is nearby. I spend so much money between both of your locations here and the AV. I sometimes question myself why did I ever go there, food's good for the most part depending on who's behind the preparing of your food. Hands down Palmdale location is better than Lancaster. I get it it's fast food, hire anybody who needs a job, you'll train them accordingly. Reality check younger generation nowadays don't give a s*** about anything, the only here to collect a paycheck! I went through your drive-thru today August 28th 6:37 p.m. ordered a number three, a burrito and nobody was in the drive-thru only one there. Had to repeat my order three times because the gentleman who took my order Luis was either new and didn't learn how to apologize or just didn't give a s***. Saw that you have people behind a microphone taking orders for your customers who spend a lot of money at your location cuz your prices aren't cheap. Get to the window pay my meal, don't even get my drinks please go park to the side not I'll bring your food out or anything like that. 5 minutes later still waiting, 10 minutes later still waiting, 15 minutes later at this point I'm really mad and upset so I walk through your lobby tell the young lady at the counter then I'm waiting 13 minutes plus waiting for my food when you guys already have your food pre-made The only thing extra you probably had to do was cook up some french fries doesn't take that long to cook them. Ask another young lady why didn't you walk it out because I didn't. Sad that you have people like this working for you who don't care about your customers. For $4 I got a 6 oz cup, with maybe half full of dole whip (including the hole in the middle as they swirl it into the cup, an "air core"). Hard as a rock Tamarindo candies, no candy straw. And I had to wait almost 10 minutes AFTER i got my food order. Literally not sure what took so long to make that. I didn't want to turn around and go back, in the rain, to complain.
