The food was not good at all. We went through the drive thru I had already had a bad experience, but I thought I would try it again. I got some nachos. The chips seemed stale and I asked to switch the nacho choice to the regular grated cheese They said it would be an additional $2.20 I believe, so I just left the nacho cheese and then to add meat. The birria tacos are very good. The meat is very soft and not spicy. It says the tortillas are hand made.. Both salsas are very tasty, but the green one is my favorite becauseits not spicyand its veryflavorful. They told me that the Taco Tuesday special is also other types of meat also. Stopped by in the drive thru with 5 different orders. Not only were they able to accommodate, it was neatly packed and labeled so that we knew exactly who's order was whose! The tacos were delish. Watch out for that red salsa, it will kick you in the mouth, but perfect if you love HOT! I love that you can choose wether or not you want pineapple with the pastor. Kiara's service was excellent. We feel like she went above and beyond for us made us feel very special specially for being a smaller chain she made us feel like we're eating fine dining. The tortillas had what looked like mold and it was multiple tacos. I emailed them and they never responded.

I don't know what it is, but literally this is the third time I have come to this establishment and received the wrong order - literally containing the same item. I usually get the fries with asada and jalapeños with queso only -(amongst other things). For some reason, they cannot get that right. I had to go back three times in the last month and a half for them to correct it and neither time do they offer any type of complementary anything. The fact that I even had to demand that they give me something complementary is ridiculous. Additionally, when I get back to the restaurant, they act like I'm the one who did something wrong. No sorry, no my bad, no nothing! And what sucks is I do like this place but what is it with them getting my food order wrong every single time?? And something told me to pull over and check my food, but I told myself, "naw they'll get it right this time." I would've been much better if they acknowledged in person their fault and apologized, but the fact that I had to waste my gas to go back up there to get a corrected order without any acknowledgment is what led me to leave this review. The food is always good and decent price but something is seriously wrong with the avenue K location. They'll literally have you waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes. The last 2 times i went, they even had me pull over away from the window to wait. The taco stands are way faster than this.
