Tacos El Unico has always been a staple throughout my childhood. Their tortas and their breakfast tortas are my favorite. Their sopes are decent, I've tasted better. I personally skip out on their burritos as they're not that big and it's too much rice for my liking. I usually only get Carne Asada, but their chicken is also good. The only complaint I have is that their Carne Asada fries are so dry. I'm not sure if this is an option, but I would recommend paying for sour cream or guacamole on the side. Their service is quick and they have a ton of space (i remember when it was bigger before the split the space into the wing restaurant) so don't be afraid to eat inside. All their salsas are spicy, but they're not overly spicy and have good flavor.

Girl from the drive thru got my order wrong... I paid for 5 tacos and got 4 and on my burrito I asked for less rice and extra meat. She basically took off the rice completely. The place is too far to go back and I didn't notice until I got home

KIMMY, YOU ARE AMAZING! PERFECT SERVICE AND FOOD! In LA area, you won't get the best service, but the food is ALWAYS worth the inconvenience. Here, we truly got the best of both worlds. The food was amazing, Kimmy was so dang nice, and we will be back! Food: 5/5 My boyfriend bought me nachos, and he ordered one sope, a mini Mexican burger, and a Jamaica. My nachos could feed 3, if I'm being serious! They're HUGE. We ordered them with chorizo, and Al pastor. Everything was seriously delicious. The chips are house made, the chilis are good, and the juice was fresh! My boyfriend said his mini Mexican burger was the best! Price: 5/5 Everything was $25.00. The nachos is what took up most of the cost/ usually 10.00 changed to $15.00. I did ask for half and half, but unlike chipotle, it's a total separate charge. I wouldn't get the extra meat again, but 100% I will be getting the nachos again. Customer service: 5/5 The service was the best part; the place was very clean, and the workers were incredible. We will be back soon!

The meat can be a bit hard, but I really like the Mexican asada burger. The prices are competitive. I like all the fixens they give, specially the carrots and salsas. See the menu.

I love this place for something specific that I always come for which is the flautas meal. It's a great dish, size/taste/price/presentation wise. All of the aquas frescas are yummy too. Service is great at the drive thru (it can get packed sometimes so if you don't have patience just get out of the car.) I like that they give you condiments even without asking like salsa packets. They did have an excellent salsa bar in the restaurant before COVID, but since then we haven't gone into the restaurant so I can't say if they have it set up again to it's former glory or not. My bf also has gotten different things off the menu and he's always had a good experience as well.

There's just no way! This is why I stopped going to this location. The price went up and the burritos got smaller. The audacity this location has is just out of this world. King Taco isn't so bad anymore. King Taco was the King of making small burritos and El Unico said "Hold my beer!". I didn't order the JR burrito from there secret menu. This can't be a one time thing as this is the 3rd time this happens.

I asked if it came with avocado they said yes , nope.. like honestly, I was gonna hit Alberto's but changed my mind regret that decision .

Killed my food cravings but the food was decent but the add ons would of made it better , it needs more cilantro too

Here once again I don't know but I don't trust this place but the Mexican burger was ok this time again soda tastes not like Coca Cola

Demanding as Mother's Day, when most places are overwhelmed, they still managed to deliver an experience that felt intentional and heartfelt. Despite the long wait, it was clear that the demand far exceeded expectations, yet the service never lost its warmth. At one point, she even offered me an agua fresca as a gesture of kindness while I waited. I respectfully declined, understanding that a day like Mother's Day comes with heavy volume and pressure, and that delays are simply part of supporting a small business doing its best under strain. What stood out most was the owner's presence. She carried herself like a mother to everyone there serving each customer as if they were family. She stepped away from her own personal time to make sure other families were fed and cared for. That kind of sacrifice and commitment is not just business; it's cultural preservation in motion. TACOZ brings authentic heritage flavors to the city in a way that feels irreplaceable. The tamales, carnitas, and overall food experience were deeply rooted in tradition and full of flavor that reflects generations of culture. People should understand that moments like this are not about convenience they are about supporting something real. On busy days especially, patience is part of respecting the work being done. Instead of criticism, there should be appreciation for what it takes to keep a small, culture-driven business alive and thriving. In the end, TACOZ delivered more than food. It delivered a connection to heritage, family, and community. That kind of experience is something worth valuing and protecting. Keep Going gurl ! I'll be back and so many of your audience ! One person doesn't bring down a team ! Both meats were good, but a little under-seasoned for my personal taste. I also tried the Jamaica agua fresca. It was refreshing, but I'd personally give it about a 2 out of 5. On the other hand, the salsa macha was really good and added a lot of flavor to the meal. The place is a bit small for dining in, especially when it gets busy, but the customer service was great. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. I'd definitely come back again because I noticed several other menu items I'd like to try next time.

Of the many options I just went with a brew and a quesadilla I decided on getting a pastor one and it was super yummy very flavorful and a very good size it came with some rice and beans as well both of them were delicious as well making for a yummy little combo plate. But the real kicker here is that avocado salsa that was soo good and just added some delicious zest to a already really yummy quesadilla but the other sauces were good too especially the red one it seemed more like a chili oil than a hot sauce but either way it was quite yummy!
