The salsa was not spicy at all so glad they gave the slice of jalapeño on the side. The asada needed a lot more seasoning. The chorizo was okay and they gave a good portion on the taco so it at least fills you up. My order was more than 45$ so its crazy expensive. The ceviche was the best part because they actually give a good amount and the flavor is great. If I only had that, it would be a 4 star. The taco gobernador was a lot different than any I have ever had but the Nopales were a nice touch. Stick to their mariscos and you'll be happy. The benches outside are all broken so plan on taking it to go.

I went ahead and ordered 4 tacos ( 2 asada, and 2 pastor). The tacos were really good and it was nice to not have a greasy street taco. The chile verde they had in the taco had a bit of a kick, then again I'm a lightweight when it comes to salsa. They had a nice table and tent set up, along with a salsa and condiment stand. Since it was a nice day I sat down and enjoyed my tacos. Overall I'd have to say i really liked this taco but that salsa really took away a bit from the enjoyment of the taco, id like if they let me choose the salsa from The ones they had this way I could enjoy a semi spice free taco. Their birria tacos are by far the best I've ever had in Fresno. Previously I had lengua, cabeza, and asada tacos. But their tripas is by far my favorite. Their tripas hold their crisp and crunch. It's not soggy nor bland. Love it! Carnitas were a bit dry, maybe it's because I came later on in the day (9pm) but their tripas made up for it. They are no longer at Enzo's table. But they are in the same area. Right across from Saizon and Ampersand. Also! They only open Friday-Sunday! So, schedule and come accordingly!! (This is a taco truck! So it is outside!)
