Hey there! I just wanted to share my excitement about the incredible tacos I tried at Tacos La Central in Rialto. They offer delicious marinated beef, pork meat, and spicy pork tacos bursting with flavor. One bite took me back to the streets of Tijuana , and it was such a delightful experience. The best part is that you can enjoy these fantastic tacos right here in Rialto without making the trip to Tijuana. The customer service at Rialto was excellent, and the chef, and cooks, really know how to work their magic. Plus, at $3.25 per taco or $6.75 for a Mulitas, and the amazing Consome De birria for $3.25 it's an incredible deal. What more could you ask for? Thank you, TACOS LA CENTRAL

    Coke was great!

This was the first time here eating, and last. Food was too washed out no seasoning. Carne azada tacos meat flavor too dry meat with no charbroil or that grilled flavor. Sorry Mr. Gustavo Buenrostro & Victor Paniagua. Food and service needs to be improved. In order to gain clientele traffic.

Haven't been here in a while and so glad we stopped by. Such good tacos, highly recommend!!

Really great tacos! Highly recommend! Hadn't been here in a while and I'm so glad we decided to stop by

Finally a taco spot with Adobada!! I've only had Adobabda from Tacos El Gordo in Vegas and these are pretty comparable. The adobabda here is charred but not burnt and not dry either. Super flavorful. Their salsas are lacking flavor. I wish they had a green salsa. I love that they have a drive thru. So convenient! Kinda far from me, but if I'm ever in the area, I'll will definitely stop by!

Food was amazing I felt bad because I was not aware of the time they close I went on Thursday night at 6:55 and they still took my order. Food was delicious and spicy. The birria was great also spicy. Staff was friendly although they had closed and had to cook my order. Definitely recommend and definitely will get more tacos from them I wish they were open longer.

The mulita was a little pricey when you think it's just a little cheese and an extra corn tortilla included. The tacos were ok. I enjoyed the flavor of the meat and it wasn't overly salted however it didn't taste the freshest. It tastes like it's been in a steamer to keep it warm. I also wish the tortilla were heated a little more. They were soft and couldn't hold the meat. By the time I added my salsa and toppings they were ripping apart when I went to bite them. Te mulita was not good at all. I took one bite and threw it away. The tortillas were cooked enough, the cheese wasn't melted completely. I would not get those again. On a positive note, I love the free beans they give. They were tender and had flavor. A nice thing about this place is they have a full salsa bar with lemon, grilled onions, cilantro and onion, salsas. Nice not to have to ask. My cashier was helpful. She answered my questions about the mulita and took my order correctly. The ambiance is casual. I enjoyed the music playing while I dined it. There's also a lot of seating, including a table for a larger party. Give this place a try. I will go back and try something else.

This place is located in strip mall out in Rialto. As soon as I walked in, I can tell this place was a chill place to eat with very friendly people serving you. I was really excited to sit down and order. I ended up getting the #9 (or #5? It's been a while and they're similar). Either way, this order gives you a good sample of a lot what they have to offer. If the #9, it comes with a panucho, a salbute, a polcan, an empanada de carne, a taco de cochinita de pibil, and a taco relleno. The amazing flavors and textures. I was like a kid in a candy store with this meal. Everything was delicious all washed down with the Modelo. It's a little far for me, but definitely would love to stop by again if I'm in the area or driving through.

Long review but I think it's important to say what needs to be said:…read more THE SHORT VERSION; First time visiting this place since reviews were generally good and it's truly something special to see a restaurant specializing in Yucatecan food only. The food was different than your standard Mexican offering and overall very good, good seasoning and portions. Pricing was not out of what would be expected for quality Mexican food. The service, unfortunately, was half baked, which is really sad for me to see as a staunch supporter of local, immigrant owned businesses and being a child of immigrants myself and knowing how much hard work is involved in maintaining a business alive. THE LONGER VERSION; It was apparent that the waitress that served us during our visit could not only benefit from more training in offering (and caring to offer) a better customer service experience / better table side communication but also needs to make the connection about how her actions affect the livelihood of a business that others have undoubtedly worked very hard for. But, I guess this assumes she wants to genuinely work there. To begin with, my party was greeted by a poorly delivered and off putting joke about making sure she served us lots of alcohol; delivered in a way that in Spanish is known as "ser llevado" or overly familiar. Odd to make jokes like that when you just met someone visiting your business for the first time, but we passed it off as just a poor attempt to connect. Fine, we moved on. The music was extremely loud. When we asked if it could be lowered somewhat, she lowered the volume from an 11 to a 2, which then made the ask not only awkward but almost passive aggressive. (I only say this because once we left, we heard the volume quickly go back to 11, as if they were just waiting for us to leave to crank the volume back up again). The waitress did explain the dishes well, letting us know what the unique ones were. However, in the middle of our conversation a guy walked through the door and it was obvious that there's a connection between them because she then got more impatient explaining things to us as said guy moved to sit at a table towards the back of the restaurant. We completed our order, she served us and then kind of disappeared to wait on the other table, we thought. When she did happen to pass by our table again, I politely asked for additional plates and silverware, when she had a chance, to which she replied that I could pick them up myself from near the register area. Her response seemed out place since we were dining in and we were under the impression that she was our waitress, so I asked her again for silverware, not plastic utensils. Again, she told me that I could pick up plastic utensils myself from the register, pointing, "see they're right there" and walked away to the kitchen. We were still processing the exchange, a bit in disbelief, when she then appeared with requested silverware and additional plates but visibly annoyed and in some kind of hurry. It was really hard to focus on enjoying our meal after that. The waitress then made her way to the back table to sit next to, one could now only presume was her boyfriend, and we never saw her again. She never checked on us, asked if we needed anything, etc. Her priority was staying seated and chatting it up with that guy. Who did come to check on us was the owner, who seems to have cooked the meals and walked out of the kitchen to speak with us. He asked if we had enjoyed the food, if it was our first time there, talked about how he sourced his ingredients, shared some of the restaurant's history. Then he walked away to continue working. Unfortunately, we were forced to engage again with the waitress (who remained seated at the back table) and had to ask her across the restaurant where we should pay. Before she answered from her chair (didn't even get up to speak with us and was getting ready to yell back at us from her seat) the owner appeared at the register and told us we could pay with him. Unfortunately, the whole service experience did negatively color our desire to return to this place again. Giving more like 3.5 stars because the food was good but not enough to overlook the unpleasant service.

When ordering the lady asked my boyfriend if he was okay with cilantro, onions, rice okay in the burrito and he omitted the beans. One thing she never asked is we wanted hotsauce on the food. Because when I got my tacos and he got his burrito, it had hotsauce. I think this is something they should ask if you want when you are ordering. What if someone is ordering for a kid and they don't like hotsauce. I say this cos I don't like hotsauce. My boyfriend had to bring to back and they have new tacos with no hotsauce. Another thing that is a hit or miss here are the chicharon. Our chicharon was both crunchy and soft. I noticed it depends what time of day you go and you also know by how much chicharon they have left (you can see it on the display). I like how they have the toppings in a little bar where you can get (hot sauce, pickled jalapeños, cilantro and onions). It is a small restaurant. They have some seats indoor and outdoor. The tacos are really good and packed with flavor, and the burritos are just as solid, big portions that actually fill you up without feeling overpriced. You definitely get your money's worth here, which is hard to find these days. One of the best parts is the salsa bar. They have a good variety of salsas, and all of them taste fresh and delicious, not watered down like some places. You can really customize your food depending on how spicy you like it. The only downside is there's no kids menu, so it might be tough if you have really picky eaters.
