The pork belly was cook to perfection and the lamb was one of my most favorite was of having lamb. It was well seasoned and slow cooked so it melts in your mouth like butter. There is a great marriage between this food truck and the Kulshan brewery so plenty of nice seating inside and out. The lady who served us at the food truck was very helpful and friendly. Located literally steps from the brewery, and with handy online ordering, this was a fun option for me and the dude as we watched the 'Hawks stroll to victories over the 49'ers and the Rams. The first game, we enjoyed the B'Ham and Cheese, featuring bacon, ham, cheese, and a toasty rosemary bread. In a word: YUM! Last game, we shared the Jalapeno Popper which was too spicy but in a good way. You know what I mean? Like you can't stop eating because it's too spicy and you have to take a few sips of beer between bites and you immediately crave another sandwich because it was sooooo good? And yet, so spicy? Their menu is really easy to read and understand and they are very friendly and quick. They give you a buzzer you can take with you and go find somewhere to sit which is great. We decided to try the rice noodle soup with beef, potstickers and donuts. The soup was amazing. So much flavor and packed with lots of noodles and beef. You get quite a bit for what you pay for. The potstickers also had lots of flavor and was the perfect texture with just the right amount of crisp. The donuts, oh wow. These are amazing! I would come back just for these alone! They were served hot and drizzled with a perfect amount of sweetened condensed milk, they were so good. Our food came out quick and hot and for how much food you get and the quality of food you get it's definitely worth it. We will be back!

Inside the truck the team was hard at work dropping fryers and flipping burgers so we didn't have to wait long to place our order. First off, the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich. Breaded chicken, lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese, ranch, and of course bacon all placed elegantly between two large golden buns. Very delicious and with Swiss cheese was a unique choice that I appreciated. Next we shared the Cowboy Burger... when I went to pick up our food I knew we had made a great choice. The server handed us a hefty beef burger that was stacked high with cheese, bacon, tomato, pickles and onions rings, smothered in bbq sauce with a crispy onion ring on top to give this burger the golden crown it deserves. Be warned this burger stood almost 8 inches tall. A couple of criticisms I had were that it was difficult to enjoy these delicious burgers on a small food container. I would definitely like to see this food in a brick and mortar restaurant one day so I can properly enjoy these monster burgers. Secondly the fries were very greasy. Tots were tasty for sure but barely warm. It was happy hour so we were charged $3.28 instead of $4 (great deal!). I handed the young woman a $5 bill and 3 dimes, saying I didn't need the 2 pennies back. Chef Ted was extremely nice, as was everyone we encountered inside My Garden Nursery. We got the Corned Beef Flamini w/ Salad, Truffle Fries, and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. Our sandwich was hefty and full of flavor! We loved the pickles in the sando. The side a salad was light and refreshing. Fries were fragrant, crispy, and the perfect side for a sando/salad. Chef Ted changes up the menu every month, and we're excited to go back to see what he whips up next!
