Cabeza taco Lengua taco Tripa taco Buche taco Suadero taco Al pastor taco

I came at 10-11pm and there was a line for drive through and inside the restaurant, it was 1/3 full, so I was kinda expecting good tacos. They were pretty mid. My rankings for the tacos would be tripa, al pastor, lengua, buche/cabeza, suadero. Tripa is very crispy, but it is more like chips crispy texture, and I prefer crispy but still has meat texture. Al pastor is slightly too dry and I have to pay 50c extra for pineapple Buche is saltier than other meat options and not very crispy even though they ask if I want it crispy. Cabeza has quite some fat but that's just the nature of that meat. Suadero is pretty dry.

Overall, I would say the tacos are really good. I think the benefit of this business is truly their operating hours. Because who would not want great Mexican food at crazy hours of the night. I went after a grizzlies game and they took my order super fast we did end up waiting a while for my friends food probably about 20 minutes, but I got my food right away which I found interesting cause we ordered the same thing. I absolutely love the Al pastor that they had I did wish it came with piña! Otherwise all they're available sauces and everything are absolutely delicious. They turn over tables really quick here and it's super nice. I would come back for sure to try other things, but I do wish they had burritos on the menu.

Picked up some Carne asada fries and a few tacos -absolutely perfect combo to enjoy at home on a rainy windy day. This is the second location and its great they have a drive thru . The tacos came with Guac , a salsa, onion and cilantro. Made for a spicy tasty bite. The fries were crispy to stand up to the guacamole, cheese , sour cream and mountain of meat mixed in. They do also give extra salsa on the side if you wish . Its a good option to treat yourself to every once in a while .

The smell of the grilled meats was intoxicating as i walked into the spacious dining area...Bustling with noise and energy. I can see the exhibition kitchen working like a well oiled machine. The staff was friendly and helpful considering I know very little Spanish. I ordered 3 tacos...Al Pastor and Asada. The Al pastor was seasoned perfectly. Sweet, salty, spicy balanced taste, served guacamole inside...top with some lime, spicy salsa! Yum. The asada taco was my least favorite.... A basic grilled beef sliced serve with guacamole and top with your choice of salsa from the bar. Nothing special about the beef. I didn't hate it. Overall, food was excellent... The restaurant itself was quite noisy. My only complaint was everything was written in Spanish (also nothing at the salsa bar was labeled) I had to get help from another customer because the staff who took my order was not fluent in English. So this could be a problem for some customer who does not speak/read any Spanish.

Tacos Lopez #2 Tried the Al Pastor, Carne Asada, Cabeza, and Lengua, about $3 each. The service was fast, but the tacos themselves were pretty underwhelming. They were just okay, nothing really stood out flavor-wise.

One of the best Mexican places I've been to.. anywhere. El pastor is the speciality but also has Mexican popsicles, horchata and that mango chili thing. Worth going inside to see how they prep meats and things. Kinda strange clientele to seem to take the condiments in zip locks home with them

I finally got to try all their taco meats. My top favorites were al pastor, asada, the chorizo was so flavorful and juicy. The crispy tripa was perfectly crunchy, and the cabeza was super tender. The others weren't quite my thing, but overall the quality and flavor were very good.

This place is always packed!!! Super friendly staff and food is always top notch! I'd have to say the one in West Jordan is more flavorful in my opinion, but this location is good too! Parking can be an issue on certain days...

Went here with a party of 4 people at the recommendation of a local friend on a Saturday around lunchtime - it was busy, but not impossibly so. This is definitely a no-frills, authentic taco spot. Absolutely. Incredible. Tacos. It was so good we went a second time within the week (though to a different location). The sauce/condiment station is super convenient (albeit a little messy to do), but the range of heat was great. My favorites were the orange (very spicy) and green (fairly mild) sauces. We did have a slight mishap since we didn't get a receipt after paying and were waiting for quite a while, but we did get that resolved at the register within a few minutes after asking about our order status. Definitely would visit again.

Food 5/5: The flavor of tacos was good. Service 1/5: I gave service a one. The cashiers act like they are in a hurry, they filled my soda only half full and became irritated when I asked them to fill it. They fit all tacos on one plate and they were irritated when I asked for an extra plate. Ambiance 3/5: It okay, not very clean. We couldn't locate a clean table. I gave 3 star rating because the service was horrible and all tables were dirty but the food was great.

Good fresh food! Lots of sauce options. Definitely spicy so be smart & order a large horchada to soothe your burning tongue. They also have assorted ice cream bars if that's more your thing. Super busy on the weekend & that's putting it lightly. Cars will be wrapped around the building & into the street for drive through. Parking lot will be at max capacity so you might have to park in the back area of the Skaggs building. Be prepared to wait a while for your order.

I found myself at TL2 again tonight, it was SO busy and the line was long, and there was a line of cars in the drive through that wrapped around the building -- but they moved us through the line in less than 5 minutes. Even on a Sunday night this place is bumping. If you know, you KNOW. Even the cops eat here. The kitchen is a well oiled machine, there are about 15 people on NOS all buzzing around each other in perfect harmony absolutely cranking out plates and plates of perfection. I've never had a meal here that's "just ok", there's no such thing here. It's 15/5 every single time. Every day I eat here it's the best day of my life, the only reason I eat anywhere else is to forget how incredible it is for a little while. This is the best food in the valley. I stay loving Tacos Lopez

    Vampiro with Pastor.

Really torn here. The menu items are what you expect to find on the best taco truck around but the pricing is very, very much what you would expect at a fancy restaurant. I had the Vampiro - Pastor (excellent) and 2 small Asada tacos (very good) and it ran $15. I would eat here every day if it weren't cost prohibitive. Taco trucks will have to stay the "norm" while Tacos Lopez is a special occasion.

i got a quesadilla they are my fav! also the horchata is amazing!

The burrito turned out to be that sort of old school refried beans, rice and some meat deals that is very heavy and not very flavorful. I don't know why I would have expected something with more fresh ingredients, like even just some onion, tomatoes and peppers inside, even with the refried beans and rice, but it wasn't like that. It ended up being one of those burritos where you're taking a few bites and realize that we're currently in the refried bean zone of control, and then you go further and hit the rice territory, then eventually discover the meat head quarters in the back corner. So the first half of eating the burrito I was mostly just eating a refried bean burrito, as I think that made up about 60% of the filling. The sauce wasn't really very spicy at all and it had a bit of a burnt acrid flavor that I didn't enjoy. They had a lot of other things on the menu like Tortas and Moriscos that give me hope that there are good things to eat here, but I can't really recommend the smothered burrito. One last thing. I'm a bigger guy (fat) and I was seated in a booth. The booths are fixed in position and were not designed for a person my size. If you are on the bigger side I'd request a table. Just an FYI.

Great atmosphere with music, a few different TVs with different programs on, and an ice cream chest if you have room for dessert. One of my favorite parts about Tacos El Guero #4 is their incredible salsa bar - every flavo and spice level of salsa, pico de gallo, avocado sauce, marinated onions, peppers, fresh lime wedges and radishes. My first meal here was the birria tacos with ramen and I knew from the first bite this was one of my new go-to restaurants. I'm here for the second night this week and can't wait to see what the rest of the menu tastes like. Definitely come check TEG#4 out, it's worth it! Tips: 1) it's right on a busy street corner, so they're hard to miss. And there's plenty of lot parking. 2) open until 9 most nights, and 10pm Friday and Saturday 3) the A/C on here is absolutely on point, perfect summer spot!
