Place is good, but it is losing its touch as far as quality. A few years back when the owners worked there, you can tell the food was made with pride. Now it's losing its touch, the quantity vs. price is expensive. I don't like seeing someone that is making my food to weigh how much meat they are putting to the last ounce. Delicious asada here. California burrito is huge and really tasty. It does have nacho cheese inside the burrito same as the carne asada fries so if that's no you thing just switch it out for regular cheese. The nacho cheese is not overpowering inside the burrito nor does it make the ingredients soggy. If you are searching for a solid Mexican food restaurant around give this one a shot. This has got to be by far the best Mexican / street tacos that I've had in the Central Valley. The meats are well seasoned with so much flavor. Their breakfast burritos are also very delicious! The food here is satisfying and authentic. Fast service, no need to wear anything fancy. Very reasonably priced. I think the authenticity of their offering is what makes this place a solid 4/5 stars. Missed the 5th star for the wow factor, my husband said that the beans taste like jet sealant. They're not that bad in my opinion, they're very creamy but under salted. Not a huge offense in my book. I got a burrito and the carnitas were nice, the burrito itself has very little texture wise so make sure to supreme it for avocado and get a side of salsa. Husband got the tamales and he likes the savoryness of the meat and sweetness of the corn is a good pair. All in all, a good stop for the value. This is such a nice place. We stopped by for lunch on our way to the coast from Yosemite, thanks to all the great reviews and we were not disappointed. The service was fantastic, after asking a few questions (were Europeans so don't know Mexican food very well) we were invited back into the restaurant to taste the different meats before deciding on what to get. Loved this place. WAS always a fan BUT they changed. The food is good but the burritos are getting smaller. I've many a few comments before about the burrito being small... they said they would be do better but never did. My burritos get smaller and smaller every time i go. If you're going to charge $7.00 for a burrito can it please be bigger then the burritos at Taco Bell?????????????. This restaurant has probably the best tasting Asada in Lemoore. Ever since they renovated the inside it's had a better vibe inside. The staff is very friendly and don't make you feel as if you're a bother. Their horchata is also really good, it's hard to find one that tastes decent. The only downside is they close at a reasonable time, 9, which is a bummer because if I'm going for a late dinner or just want a late night snack, I have to opt for other Mexican restaurants in town that close at midnight. Made a large order tonight, had to repeat ourselves multiple times. We then had the order read back to us. Came home to find out that 2 burritos were missing. We called them back and were told that my only chili verde burrito was not even in the original order and they basically had no answer for the missing asada burrito. Seriously. We made a $100 order and had two major items missing, ended up splitting one of our many other burritos between people. Very disappointed on the service. Relatively good food but overpriced. Main complaint is their horrible customer service and cleanliness. After getting an order wrong, they were very unhelpful and expected me to bring the food back at 8pm to get the correct order, or else they wouldn't help me. Also found a hair in my rice!
