Taco Tuesday is a must! Their tacos are delicious. Asada, carnitas, pollo, pastor, and buche. All taste great with their house salsa. They also have lengua and chorizo at regular price. They are quick to get your food out after you've ordered and you leave with a full, happy stomach. It's not a fancy place, but it's worth the stop if you're looking for some good tacos. Do not eat here!! I stopped by to order tacos. I specifically told the attendant to write down the orders , and of course he failed to do that. I was missing one taco on my order I order 8 and was given 7) and they made a big deal out of it , claiming it was there, I show them that the taco was missing, and they still gave me an attitude about it. The cabeza tacos are on point, the rice and beans always hits the spot. Everyone here is quick and friendly. The salsa verde is my favorite with some chips and horchata. My washer broke so I had to hit the laundry mat... I drive by this place basically on every errand because I live in the area. I was like eh let me try it while I wait on my laundry. Tacos Mexico food is always meeting my expectations. Unfortunately, today was not a good day. I received my order, and paid what I usually pay but in cash and wasn't given a receipt. One of my burritos was replaced with a taco. So instead of enjoying a burrito, I had a taco for dinner, very unfortunate. Some people may say, check your order before leaving. I've never understood that, if a restaurant makes a mistake, I just don't return. I'm at odds here because I love Tacos Mexico. Im not a freeloader so I don't want anything from them. I just left their establishment. This will be my fourth time coming at first I had no problems. Food is OK but tonight as I walk in ready to order my food to go as always, the lady is having a full-blown conversation with somebody in the driveway I understand Spanish as well, but I'm standing in there waiting patiently, she sees me waiting and tells me to wait and proceeds to have her conversation. And also note that the person she was having the conversation with in the drive-through never even ordered anything Also the young cook just gave me a funny look with an attitude and I don't play about my food so I just walked out. I'd rather spend my money somewhere else and somewhere that don't make me feel uncomfortable and establishment that is professional because every time I come there they have a tip jar that's always empty and I always make sure after I order I tip so I don't get the disrespect or the hostility, but I will not be spending my money there anymore‼ read more

The following review is my opinion based on the services I received from Tacos Mexico. The dining area needs a lot of work. I'm sure there are some building and safety code violations. The booths are loosely attached to the floor. There are some areas of the dining area that are missing floor tiles. As far as the food goes it was less than pleasing. I ordered the three taco combo. When I reached to take a bite of the first taco that was filled with dry chicken the tortilla fell apart. Not how you want to enjoy a soft shell taco. As I have mentioned, the chicken was completely dry and yucky. But, I must say the rice and beans were very good. The beans had a hint of lard and lots of yummy flavor. The rice tasted freshly made in house. Soft spongy but not soggy. The salsa was wonderful spicy and the onions and cilantro the dry tacos were garnished with was fresh tasting. As for the customer service there was a rude lady ordering food and the associate was still very kind and still offered wonder customer service. I won't be going back but it was fun. read more

With prices going up on everything it's nice to know that this location has a special a few days of the week. Tuesday $1.25 tacos, Wednesday $5.75 Tortas, Thursday $5.99 burritos. I've also tried their nachos which were . The staff working are always really nice, they always get the order right and they pack on the meat. Did I mention they have a drive thru that moves fast. This place is not good. The tacos are extremely small. The soda tastes like cleaning solution is mixed in or some strange concoction. The service is mediocre. I came today I got myself a carne asada burrito and tacos and a large Horchata i drank my cup no lid or straw I asked the lady if she can remove some ice because my drink had more ice than horchata like im paying for the drink don't be stingy so she took my cup threw away the horchata and water rinsed my cup this is sooo disgusting and breaking health code!!! This place has been okay decent prices however they lack good customer service the Woman always in the drive thru is extremely rude . U ask for salsa rolls eyes, ask for more napkins rolls eyes . I went in today and had my food done all wrong and had to go back for them to fix it not even an apology or "what can I do for you ". Their food isn't even all that but I like supporting small business ! The chicken was moist and flavorful along with the beans, cheese, crema, lettuce, salsa and with the perfectly fried masa disc was delicious! Ok so it's been many months since I've been here and they have made some significant changes. They've updated their menu, they are chip ready (finally), they reduced their card charge (which you know really irritated me). **Gluten free note** Unfortunately with the changes there are some downsides. I see a lot more fried things on the menu so I'd be careful with the fries. I've had the mulita and tacos with no problems. I decided I'm going to start marking my gluten-free bias point here. I elect to give restaurants +/- .5 stars on their total based on my personal gluten free bias. But for now this place gets no bias: 0pts My old review still stands for some issues but I'm going to increase a few of these. Food: Solid 3. But honorable 4.5 mention to the mulita!!! Service: 3 Ambience: 2 (no changes here yet) Price: 3.5 (but the mulita is friggin worth it!) Ok so if you haven't already guessed, the mulita and reduced card charge are two of the best changes I've seen so far. The mulita is a Mexican junk foodie's dream. Crispy griddle corn tortillas, ample cheese, and the meat you choose! It's like a Mexican pupusa lol and it's phat. (fat too haha) I've never seen these done, but I've seen quesadillas with meat. And... Well if you follow me you'll see my junk food excitement because corn tortillas are gluten free!! I've eaten these twice now with no problems. I'd give then a 4 if I was rating only these things yuuuummmyyy! I think they have just a few more changes to make. Salsa is basic (tastes a little... From-the-jar), tacos are still soft (but pretty tasty). I do like their asada (3) and their cabeza is actually quite tasty (4). I still have to try a bit more from their menu. Okay so this review is based on one order. Haven't been there in months and I can say food has improved. They were friendly and double checked order for accuracy. We got carne asada burritos and chicken and both were really good. I've been to other local locations and the meat is either too greasy or has too much fat. These were perfect. We came here Wednesday night and the business hours POSTED OUTSIDE showed 10:30pm as closing time. We arrived at 9:10pm. All doors were locked and the ladies refused to look at us. This place has gone down in food quality and standards. I started to go to Tacos Mexico five, six years ago and it was amazing back then. Now it's just terrible. It has been going down for the past three years. The microwave does the same amount of cooking as the cooks there. The burritos are filled with beans and rice with a little bit of meat. The beans and rice taste like three days old. The meat is cooked in batches and when you order, they reheat the meat in the flat iron and by the time it reaches you it's this over cooked, dry pieces of meat. The tacos I recently order where so greasy, it made my stomach hurt by the time I finished my first taco. I tried to eat the rest but couldn't finish the second taco. It was just swimming in grease. I was just a waste. If you go, look and listen for the microwave, I'm sure they'll use it for an order while your there. read more
